Basically it's a good team, the party, the idea ! I still like when the project has a few coins and excellent work during the ICO !

Nothing to be honest. I am always skeptical about new release coins or altcoins. The reason is that there are so many scams going around. However, I do everything in order to verify the identity of the team and the project itself.
To be honest, I don't definitely trust on new altcoins, I just invested or traded them because I want to see how they run a project and what it can be help to improve the crypto industry in our world.
Im looking into product, into team must be verified) , they must participate in some congresses in real life , plus of course github code and smartcontract.
This requires courage. The new altcoin is very risky. Although it is accompanied by a large profit margin, I suggest not to choose such a coin. 
I don't see it as a surprise that people trust the new altcoins. There are a lot of securities on the stock market, and in the same way tokens of new projects are constantly appearing in the cryptocurrency market. Of course, not all new ICO should be trusted. But still, from time to time there are promising startups that have great potential and are able to bring big profits to investors.
No, I will not trust any new altcoin but I trust some altcoins because not all the new altcoins are potentially good but there are some good altcoins as well and I've gotten new altcoin results and that's a lot

When go for a new project, I try to understand its details, strengths and weaknesses, then invest the correct amount of money into it and wait until the price to the point where I accept and sell it. I think there are very few projects that impress but Liven and RedCab are truly amazing as they target real markets rnow. These look promising to me so I would suggest these as hot ones.

I believe in whitepaper,road map.Their projects plan.CEO and others stuff.If they are not active I think that projects is shit.i wonder what makes you trust a new altcoin? what you're looking for in their company page etc...?
well i check team and advisors board. if they are enough strong and if i know them from their other experiences i can invest in those new altcoins. but if they are hidden or not known than i just skip.
it is necessary to look at the analysis chart and trust the team members' social media accounts to trust a new altcoin. The social media community of the altcoin project and the positive views of investors are important. also a new creative idea is always important to me.
I did not have my own opinions and listened to others' Suggestions, and then I bought a lot of counterfeit COINS. Later, the price of counterfeit COINS kept falling down.
If it's a small coin then the team behind it is normally the most important thing for me, e.g a team who's run successful companies in the past, preferably tech related.
I think the new altcoint will be more promising and will make money than the old altcoint that until now still not in the market, but also the new coins will be more interested and the market price will be higher than the old coins
I agree with your opinion that the new coins will be more promising, but when it appears in the market usually the price will go down,depending on the developer or investor holding the coin to keep the coin from falling deeper.
because usually I see that there is a chance the coin has a great future. In fact there is potential that the coins with the sophisticated technology can be developed and become the best coins in the future. And I see from the concept, and the proceeds when the ICO. If many investors and buyers, there is a chance the coin will have a great future.

Yes, but you make 1 mistake. Do you know if Ambit bounty has ended? That doesn't make any sense if you are saying you still following their bounty.Bla bla bla

I think one of the most important parts of any project is the team - it is very important to have high-skilled specialists to perform the Roadmap. Another important feature is the purpose of the project - it is great when it solves a real problem.
Good team, good project, good whitepaper, clear future plans, transparency. All these things need to be gathered to make me to trust the project. Now the project which I am following is Ambit Mining, it has all features of good ICO and I trust its team very much.
I trust an Altcoin base on past experience and success story of the team in the cryptospace. Then I look at the people who will implement it . These are the two main factors that make me believe or not believe in the ICO project.
