i wonder what makes you trust a new altcoin? what you're looking for in their company page etc...?

I never trust new altcoins actually. That is the reason why i don't trade any of them. I only trade coins that are already trusted by the community, and which has some good market value. Trusting a new coin even if its developers are real and aren't scammers is not always right in my opinion, because no matter who invents something, not everything gets success in such a large market where we see a new invention everyday.

1. Team - developers team must be strong
2. Support - Team should respond to any question in professional manner
3. Buzz - is there is a lot of information on Internet? YouTube reviews?
4. Realistic plans, road map and most important if they are launched successfully
5. How good was distribution
6. Check BitcoinTalk forum what other user think about it
7. Coin/Token specifications: Total supply, Price, Daily Volume
8. Exchanges: Good coin always will be listed on good Exchange

I am not that good crypto enthusiast but I know that an Altcoin is good when I see a clear and solid vision from the developers , the developers is the heart of an altcoin , If they have good vision and have the capability to turn it to reality then I am putting my trust to that coin and will give it a shot

Im reading their whitepaper and the team behind the project is a plus for me by reading their whitepaper you will see what are plans for development of the project and not only collecting funds from investors

i wonder what makes you trust a new altcoin? what you're looking for in their company page etc...?

Trust can be build not in a couple of days or weeks. When a new coin started to bloom, i will also start my trading, i will just try at first if it will work well and if it does, i will eventually put or invest again.
we know that a lot of the coins are scam and just introduce to make money or to obtain money from the traders there. my first priority that i look in a new coin is its team members. If they have related experience in this field imo they will be able to handle project. i think it really matters i think an exprience team can handle the project better than a new team like "redpulse ico". we know that there is the whole team of neo behind this so, it look relaible to put money.

I manly look at the disruption of the idea and the potential of the idea in the world. Then the team and the roadmap. Lastly, the launch price.

the most important thing for me, is if the company has a good idea for the product/service they intent to launch. The idea is the most important thing, second most important thing is the team. If the team has a great idea but does not have the skills to implement it, then the idea is useless. Other important indicators to consider before investing is if, for example, the project has a working prototype or if they have already developed any kind of testings to see if the product works or how it would look like. Nowadays we are seeing so many projects that don't actually have a working product, and only a whitepaper (idea) which is simply not enough. The last and equally important thing, is if the project has funding, or money to finance their various activities. Building a product involves a lot of people (who need to get paid), servers, technology, hardware, legal, marketing expenses etc.

This is true and usually i do this stuff after a certain coin would bloom up specially if i see theres a community interest on it and besides the project do really have worth to be invest on. These are the things which i do really trust into a new altcoin and not all are scams if you can really able to identify with proper research then getting scammed would really be on less chances for sure.

i wonder what makes you trust a new altcoin? what you're looking for in their company page etc...?

actually i am not too trust with a new altcoin because trust needed to be build and not just because of we know their project so we are easily giving our trust to that coins. i am use the coins if i know i can take benefit from the coins and from day by day, if i can take more benefit from the coins, then soon i will trust with the coins and finally i have a big hope with that coins. but if somehow in the middle of time, i know that something bad will come and i can take the benefit again from the coins because there is no good movement, then i will leave the coins forever until there is any good progress from the owners.
unlike Bitcoin, the new Bitcoin fluctuates very much in price. Therefore, if a person earns a difference in price at a crypto exchange, then for him This is a good chance to earn. But if it invests for good growth, then it's not very encouraging.

My trust in a new altcoins depends on the platform they have announced. Transparent and detective all they have shown and have a good future. That is why if you are going to enter this industry you will be cautious and will not come to mind without thinking about it.

I don't.  I would consider any money that I would throw at a new alt coin to be a super high, purely speculative investment.  I would plan up front on losing all of it.  That doesn't mean that it's not worth doing for a coin that at least has some people with good reputations working on it since, of course, the high risk also comes with the potential for extremely high rewards.
Why not to trust the bitcoin is increasing more and more and the importance of the bitcoin will be more than this I like the bitcoin and the growth of the bitcoin will help you to increase the money and the value of the money. I believe that when something new get into the market the value of the thing start increasing because more people start buying it and trying to get in to it as soon as possible.

I have to believe in the project and people behind it.  I need to have the time to keep an eye on them everyday because most of them go up and down a lot.

Specifically:
Marketing - Do they present it well
The Team - People - Developers
White Paper
Website
If they are actively answering questions on this forum

Good luck

I absolutely agree with you. There is one way to trust a new altcoin is that look their team and benefit of the project. You should read and find in Google about their team informations such as diplopma, experience, successful projects,... when you feel ok, you invest in it.

A solid use case and that the founders are clearly visible. If they have some good backers this can be a good sign.
Another thing that I often look for is a White Paper, while this shows that the founders have actually spend time figuring out (in the best cases) technical details of the product.

Well let's just say that one's own experience and instinct will help a person to figure out a potential coin and a scam coin. Everyone makes a mistake in life one way or the other, you just tend to learn from your own mistake and sometimes you learn from others mistakes. My suggestion to you would be that do your own research and trust nobody and last but not least believe in yourself.

Before I decide to invest in an altcoin, I will definitely learn about it. To determine if the altcoin is worth investing, I will first study the project, see its development path, and all the transparency and clarity that will make it more appealing to me. A good technology background with a purse for the altcoin is as good. Followed by the development team, they should not have any negative signs, the experienced and the prestige will occupy the advantage. Also I usually visit coinmarketcap to see the development of altcoin that I am interested in

I am giving you a statement for ICO-related things:
Initially, we should quit being lazy in our life and take a brief look in the whitepaper of the project if we are interested in knowing more, because nothing's better than a whitepaper to make you understand everything about the project. Then, look for and try to verify the legitimacy of the developers and team of the project that's involved in order to know if they will surely deliver or are out to scam? Last but not least, check if they have a hard cap set or not. Because most projects don't set limits and ask for unlimited* amounts which could result in it being a scam later on.

* - Unlimited means that you are allowed to invest any amounts and the ICO doesn't end till the date proposed. Many ICOs have a hard cap set which makes them look more trustworthy.
