Personally I never really used supplement minerals or vitamins before corona. I really like fruits and try to eat some every day. But since I read an article at the start of corona that taking vitamin C would help against corona I started mixing the powder with water in the morning. It's very cheap, doesn't taste so bad and probably won't so any harm even if it doesn't help against corona.

I take Mx3 supplement which is a mangosteen based supplement. It is an antioxidant which helps boost the immune system which I think is what everyone needs in this current pandemic.

This vitamin helps me in boosting my immune system to fight against foreign substances like viruses and bacteria who wants to invade my body that causes disease. To stay in shape, I don't overdo it with food and give myself at least minimal physical activity to keep my body in good shape. In addition, I periodically take vitamins in case of their shortage.
