No specific time before I take rest for the day. Depends upon how quickly my work is done, if feeling bored will watch something or read something and if that gets interesting then will sleep later. So, at times I sleep early if tired or just nothing to do at times and at times its very early morning end up sleeping.

For a long time I have been trying to sleep shorter but somehow it does not work. Usually I go to bed at 23-24 and get up around 9 so I sleep too long but I can't handle it. I wonder how I can sleep shorter.

I usually go to bed at 11pm local time where I live. I don't sleep too late because it's very unhealthy. I wake up at 6 am, I have about 7 o'clock to sleep.

I don't have any specific time for my sleep,
I take care of my baby so I would sleep whenever I could.
Even before we have a baby that is how I live I would sleep when I feel sleepy no matter what time it is.

I go to bed 6am and wake up 9am sleep again 1pm to 4pm and go all the way to 6am again.. then sometimes takes full time sleep 12 hours straight.  Cheesy Cheesy

I don't always go to bed early, the kids normally go to bed my 9pm and then it's jut me and hubby, we always cherish those little time and hence that always makes me go to bed a bit late

I can't go to bed early, never before midnight and i always get up at dawn to go to work i sleep about 5 or 6 hours a night, for now it seems enough but in the future i will try to reach an average of 7

I usually go to bed at 1 or 2 am. I sleep for 7-8 hours. I believe that the best sleep length is between 6 and 8 hours. Sleeping less or more makes me feel really uncomfortable in the day. Because I become very sleepy and have difficulty on focusing on my daily activities.

Now during the corona pandemic I find myself going much later to bed, usually around 1 am. Which is kind of late for me, but since I am doing home office, I just wake up at 9am - the lastest possible for me.

Lately I have been sleeping between 2 and 4 am, to get up at 8. For the same reason during the day I am forced to take a nap, I cannot help it.
For some time I had to live in this mode. Those were the worst days that I have lived. Minimum performance, terrible health.

I believe in early to bed, early to rise. So I am going to bed at 9pm, and rises at 5am in the morning for offering morning prayers

I sleep at 3-4 in the morning because I am a full time in the cryptoqurrency industry, and get up around 12 noon and start working at this forum every day.

I usually sleep less at 23:00 WIB, and I usually wake up at 6:00 WIB. I sleep about 8 hours per day. and for health it is not suitable for health, in my opinion, because lack of sleep can be more to do activities, such as doing work or other activities

Of course it's dangerous, the body needs to rest to function properly
I read somewhere that, the body needs approximately 8 hours of sleep

I sleep early and wake up early, as I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. If I sleep fewer hours, I usually end up getting sick, so I really need my sleep.

I try to sleep at least 7.5 hours since research has proved a number of times that most people actually need 5 sleeping cycles 90 minutes each!

That said, I think the most important parts is actually going to bed and waking up at the same time, it surely changed my sleep quality for the better Wink
