Well i usually go to bed very late especially nowadays due to lockdowns everywhere there is no real need to wake up early because no work and no office, i like to stay up late and utilize my time to learn new things about crypto online at this forum and youtube etc.

What time do you go to bed? What time do you usually get up? How much time do you have for sleeping?
I heard that some people (like Elon Musk) sleep for 4 hours in order to have more time to do things during the day. Is it dangerous to health?
this information is wrong...
from what I hear, Elon musk doesn't sleep only 4 hours in 24 hours but he sleeps erratically, and every 4 hours he wakes up from sleep, this usually happens to geniuses whose brains are very active.

There is a Big changes in my sleeping habit now, since the quarantine take effect i mostly go to Bed mostly morning time either 2-5am depend on the movie or games that we are having with my siblings.
there is no need to woke up in the morning since no office requiring me to,and also my work at home need to time to report.
Most time I go to bed around 2am and wake up around 5am,most of us want to sleep early but we couldn't because we have to stay awake and hustle.
what?3 hours of sleep?that's not normal mate how can you manage to do that?

I'm pretty sure that 8 hours of sleep is still the norm. But of course depending on your number of jobs and working hours will affect your sleeping hours. Personally, I take a a lot of Vitamins C and, making sure that I stay healthy.

Honestly I really don't know my time of sleeping. I only sleep when I'm actually sleepy I always get myself bz on games, streaming movies/videos and the most of it here on bitcointalk.

I'm always lack of sleep maybe because its my daily routine. 4 to 5 hrs of sleep is enough for me.

If we don't get enough sleep our body becomes worse. But due to the busyness of the night i'm going to sleep many nights When the workload is low I attempt to nod off at 10 but most of the time i'm 1pm.

4 hours is way way down the recommended hours by a doctor which must be at the 7-8hr range daily. Im a busy guy and during weekends I find time to really rest because during weekdays, it's always chaos. Grin

There is no fix hours to sleep. Everyday I go to sleep at 12 mid-night. But I wish I could work whole hours at night. My body has a limitation. Everyone accept that. Internet has no day or night. Most of the jobs and micro tasks are found mainly during the window of 6 pm to 12 am as I experienced. This is because mostly Asian and African people are engaged in micro earning sites. Western people in USA and Europe are likely active at GMT +6 to GMT +00 but less traffic on their time.

I think we need  about 5-6 hours sleep. Because our body need rest and it need to recover.According to the doctors they said  human need to get 6 hours of sleep in daily life.

A healthy strong person needs 6 hours of sleep daily I usually sleep for 7 to 8 hours. As you have rightly suggested 6 hours of daily sleep is beneficial for doctors. But at night I sleep at about 12 o'clock But I wake up very late in the morning

I work shifts hours, so it depends. Sometimes I'm pulling an overnighter (from night to morning) and therefore I sleep during the day. Other times I'm on an average regular schedule 9-5

Shifts cannot let you enjoy a stable sleep schedule.
If you are able to change swifts by week and not by day then this stabilizes for a while your sleeping activity. Otherwise, you are losing energy and being somehow unproductive if you don't sleep well.
