Nobody can sleep for 4 hours per night, that's not enough for your brain to rest.
Better find a new job because such conditions could harm you. Personally, I think that's individual I mean sleeping for 7-10 hours. You should ask your parents how much do they sleep and try, well, the same hours.

The sweet spot is usually 7 hours; sometimes your body will "wake" you up even if you don't set any alarm Smiley

7 hours is so little for my body.
If I am tired and I sleep only for 7 hours then it will be very hard to operate during the next day. My body usually requires 8-10 hours of sleep in order to be fully functional.

There is no fixed time once I sleep sometimes I sleep early and sometimes I sleep in. However most of the time it's 1 or 2 o'clock but within the morning it's too late to urge up so there's tons of talk reception.

Whenever my sleep comes, I go to bed or sleep where I am  Grin Grin

You are lucky! I can’t fall asleep if the room is light and noisy.
maybe he is Sleepy Head lol  Grin because for me Sleeping place is the most special part of my House so it means i need to be very comfortable in Bed before a fall asleep.
not unless i am so very tired or drunk(when time that i am still hard drinker but now i stop drinking)and also with my wife beside me because i felt so relieved with her along my side.

What time do you go to bed? What time do you usually get up? How much time do you have for sleeping?
I heard that some people (like Elon Musk) sleep for 4 hours in order to have more time to do things during the day. Is it dangerous to health?

Of late have been finding very difficult to sleep as often as I should. Go to by 12pm and wake up 5am, my new job isn't helping also. Thinking of resigning and looking for another job as it is really affecting my health

I take about 20mg of sublingual Melatonin. This helps me sleep for 6 hours straight. If I wake up before 6 hrs, I take another 10mg, and I can usually get 4 more hours.

I go to bed late (at about 3-4 nights), but I hope that someday I will be able to start a healthier lifestyle and go to bed at 11.

Probably dangerous to the health of most people? And only few people are immune to the danger? I have seen the sleep research in the past, I think I believed it and it worked for me(I guess). But thesedays I don't even take the sleeping thing into account like before but I feel fine. Maybe because I rest or take a nap once in a while during the day

Or maybe the effect wouldn't show now because you might still be young? all those bad stuffs we do with our body commonly shows when we start aging... like literally.

I don't really have any specific time to sleep, once the law of nature calls, I doze off. And the good thing about me is that no matter how bothered I am, it doesn’t stop my sleep at all

Usually, I sleep between 1am and 8am. This is not always enough for full vigor, but I have to do it.

I used to go late to bed but I recently started a new job that I have to start working on 5am.
Having said that, I usually go to bed around 10 pm. this is around 6-7 hours sleep for me - personally I think that 4 hours is so less, even 7 hours is not enough but it depends on the person.

I've heard too that sleeping less than 7 hours is unhealthy but this applies to those that are on the line of aging.

Most of the entrepreneurs and businessmen sleep less than normal because they are the busiest person in their company. As much as possible, I'm trying to keep myself early as well to prepare things that I have to do within the day.
and also the difference of sleeping in the morning or at night,i believe that the sleep in morning is half different from the night sleep.

like those who are working at night shift they need more sleeping time than those who works in the morning.

well thats good for you because sometimes when we are sleepy and stands going to bed our body and mind going back to normal and sleep leaves us.

The maximum hours I spend on sleeping is 6hours, I sleep most times at 1 am and wake up 7 am, its too bad I know but this is the actual time I can use my energy to do stuffs that I am doing presently, hopefully in the nearest future I can start sleeping for 10 hours minimum, its good for a healthy living anyways.
