I think the current crypto market, the value of Bitcoin and other coin are losing their value due to the rumors that the failure of the Korean trading market, to investors worried.
I think it will be the new era in the crypto currencies market, because if Bitcoin dies, there will be a new leader on the market and altcoins won't depend on BTC anymore. I think the altcoins will moon as soon as this happens.
Regarding BTC, you said everything correctly and I also hold about the same opinion, but I think that it would still be better to say that this will not happen, since btc today has global publicity and many people understand what it is.

Bitcoin is the first coin, the most secure and trusted coin which has celebrated it`s 10 Birthday recently.
Hypothetically if BTC dies for some reason the market would react but it would not automatically mean the
death of crypto as there are many other good coins and technologies.

It is rightly noticed, but I still believe that the world of decentralization should be decentralized and it simply must be independent. Bitcoin is something universal, so it really cannot die.
Honestly speaking crypto isn't going anywhere, that doesn't mean the price can't go down to $100, but the fuctionality and tech behind it is something the world needs.

I belive in cryptocurrency world so much. So i dont think that bitcoin is gonna die. Dont be pessimistic! This is the revolution of future money economy. Crypto cannot be dead so bitcoin cant be dead.

Bitcoin price affects all altcoins. If Bitcoin price goes down, most likely same goes for altcoins except stable coins like USDT, TUSD etc. When you asked what happens to other coins if Bitcoin die, the answer is in that question, all follows suite because bitcoin is King. I see no reason for the altcoins not to rise later. Everything goes just the same to get rid of bitcoin for good.
If bitcoin dies one day, most other altcoins will continue to live. In the first time, altcoins prices will so low if bitcoin die. But after that, altcoin prices will start rise.
