What I do when Im in bad mood is I eat my favorite food and I watch movies or series that will get me away from my bad mood. I also try to refocus myself on other things instead of thinking what upsets me.

If I'm in a bad mood, I'll do everything I can to change my state just before it's bad. To relieve stress, I often motivate myself with positive thoughts as I have done something successful in the past or how confident I am in the crowd, if that can't reduce my stress, i'll take a bath or sleep or eat the food i like. Bad mood! oh no! I hate this thing so much. But luckily I have a solution. When I am in bad mood I go to straight to my gym. In my personal single room gym I have a very good home sound system. I play heavy metal music there. In the time of my bad mood I go to my gym, start listening to heavy head banging metal and starting to box with my "Tapout" boxing ring. I do box for almost half an hour. After that I do some cardio exercise. It helps me so much to get out of my bad mood. Smiley
