I adhere to the HODL strategy as if it did not sound stupid or similar to many others on this forum, but still I think that this is indeed a good opportunity to make the world a better place, I am sure that this is really good.
My strategy is long-term hodling. Most of my altcoins are related to developing projects, so I hope to get huge profits in 2-3 years. When I see that altcoin is loosing potential, I sell it without any doubts. It helps me to remain profitable.
To a greater extent, I have already bought those altcoins, which I consider to be an excellent investment now. This is Ripple, NEO, Cardano and TRON. In the newest time, I will hold these coins and wait for the growth of Bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency market.
I held significant amount of XRP and I sold it all last weekend without any regrets. Holding allowed me to get 230% of profit, so I am happy. Now I am buying ETH and hope that it will copy the history of XRP, so I would be able to earn even more!
Most of my altcoins have been sold. I currently only keep a small amount of coins! I will continue to decide whether to sell them based on market conditions!

In my experience, do not sell bounty token in down market, because you have small number, selling at low price doesn't mean anything, you should wait for up market to sell with higher price

I have three altcoins right now and honestly all of them are such that I can hold right now. So well I shall hold for a while and sell when the prices rise. Coins are PRG, ICX and WAN. 
There are some coins which I want to use on their platform, like AVA from Travala.com is the best way to book hotels in many countries and Latx for finding me some referrals on their website but both of the sites are still developing and will be using them in future.
I think with the value of the altcoin at this time, it would not be wise to sell it, but we have to hold it and wait. Because we don't know when the value rises so it will definitely be profitable so I just hold it until the price rises.
I decided to hold my coins this coming months because this months are the starting days that it will increase their value in the market just like before and I believed that this months will make a big change again in some currency. And I think it will make my investments grow if I hold it this coming months to make it more earning of big profit just like other people suggestions to me that's why I also like to suggest it to other investors to hold their currencies.
Analyze the coins and if they have no prospects, then sell them and trade other coins, if you have knowledge and experience in trading.
I just do not see the point of participating in those bounties that pay a penny to bounty hunters. I usually sell these coins and spend them on entertainment. It is better to do other work.
decide for yourself, sell them now if you need the money, and if you can wait, sell them during something like a alt season
keep the good one, discard the rest.
The way I use my altcoin is I will buy when the price is still low and hodl until its price increases then I will sell my altcoin.

you should see the movement of all the altcoins that you follow when the price starts rising you should be patient
Everyone certainly has a different opinion, but for me to save it first because the price is still low, selling ahead when the coint price rises and the market has recovered will definitely benefit
I do holding and wait for the pump of the market rise then if I know the market situation is good then I sell few of them. Also if you know that your Altcoin have potential then holding is worth it, and possible give you enough profit once its price increased again. Just keep your Altcoin if the market is dumping, don't get panic just be calm because eventually it be back and rise again.

I personally keep all the coins that i've got from bounty reward. I keep them until i've got a good price for it.When ever i feel the price is good, then I'll sell them directly. "a good price for some free tokens/coins"
