Betnomi representative previously stated that betnomi.bet is their old platform and they transitioned to the betnomi.com domain in 2021. I'm not sure if they still own the old domain or why they didn't just redirect to the new tld.

Interesting. The old one is still in operation and if they are not using it anymore then what is happening with the deposits? It would be nice to hear from someone who have an account with betnomi.bet and tried to make a deposit.

From their response it seems both platform are independent. Since they asked for new registration and withdraw then transfer the balance, I will assume it similar like being a player of Stake and leaving Stake and joining Betnomi.com. Since it's two different platform, you can not just redirect it. If you have an account with betnomi.com then it's not the same for betnomi.bet.

The fact that the betnomi team have not made any public announcement about the reason for the sudden closure of the casino without giving the customer time to withdraw their balance shows a lot about the platform and the casino has done well in terms of promotion and they have sustained operations of the casino for that long time point to the gravity of what hit the casino.

Possible attacks may force the casino to close down but then the most important thing is how the team handle it and how active they are towards giving the users updates on the development and how it goes.

As far as I know (I could be wrong), when the new version of the platform was released, the old platform was transferred to a domain with the ending .net

Well, I assume that those who claim to have received their funds, that is, have gotten their withdrawal processed, are probably those who initiated a withdrawal request before the site got taken down for supposed maintainance.

And then, the fact that some users have reported having their withdrawal processed even while the website is down is a good news and gives hope to those who are yet to get theirs or even access the site..

Just learned also that the management have responded to icopress, that's some good news there, lets hope they come back in a jiffy.

Well I'm already feeling skeptical about this whole issue and i think it is taking so long than expected and the fact that people already reported that they receive their pending withdrawals is a good news and hope from their end but they should at least make a post on their thread to keep the hope of their players who are already growing impatient and we wouldn't have to blame them, we all know how gambling winnings goes because no one wants their money to be held.

Although he claims that the issue arose beyond his control, it was still irresponsible and unprofessional not to provide any updates on its communication channels or social media. I think it is always better to inform the clientele about all major issues that may affect the smooth operation of their business.

They have established a good reputation for years so it's sad thing they will leave the business just like that. It's unfair to their gamblers who have invested a lot for them and who still have their funds on hold because of what happened. Things shouldn't be blamed in one person only but rather the whole casino for what is happening.

I really hope that they can still fix this issue and the pending payments but I think it would really take time for them to regain the trust of many users again. I know that unexpected occurrences could happen in a casino but they should be ready to handle each challenges if they don't want to throw everything that they have achieved and established.

I don't know what roll Sorsis has in Betnomi but it's good that he is at least giving update that he will sort out the payments. No major good news yet to expect the site will be back as normal.
