I'll tag icopress and see if they may be able to provide an update. I don't know how often they talk with betnomi, but maybe they have some information they can share with the community.
I last inquired about Betnomi's affairs about a week ago (asking for the funds they owe me for my sig and regarding the case of one user who contacted me). And I made it clear that if my case is not resolved, then I will have to terminate the contract with them (to which their manager answered me that Sorsis will be online soon and all cases will be resolved). To be honest, I have no idea what's going on with the platform itself, but I'll find out what I can (including checking the poker lobby),
If a casino can't pay for a one week pending signature campaign participants, it means that something is not right with them and most probably their business is not running in a profit. No good casinos and sportsbooks will eat up only a week's signature participants' funds and damage their reputation.
Keep away the negativity. Manager said he has no idea about what's going on, that does not mean they cannot pay the signature payment. One of the reasons could be they are so busy that they have not time to check the contact media with their manager.
Hopefully nothing bad is on the way. It's been a while, they have invested a lot of money, time to build the community. So far, they have a decent fan base too. Even last UCL pool was sponsored by them, the bitcointalk community reward and in many other communities works they did in the past to bring the brand so far. [...]
That's right .... that's the first thought that came to me when I saw this thread. Aside from a 20 week sig campaign, Betnomi has probably spent more on forum events over the past year than any of the companies represented here on the forum.
Sportsbet.io is the most generous brand so far for the forum. But it's true Betnomi was going to the same direction.
Among other things, I know a team of developers who did a affiliate program for them and a few other things, the work was completed in early April or so and these guys were paid a huge amount. Therefore, I find it strange to order an interface update, or any other technical stuff if the platform has problems with money. In any case, I also hope that everything will be in order, and all those marketing dollars that were spent on the forum were well spent.
It will be hard for me to understand that they have money problem. A casino sustaining that much long time has made a lot of money. My best guess is, there are some changes in the management, partners have different opinions in a subject, or they are completely in a transition period to a totally new management.
