If indeed Betnomi wants to leave this business and they are not coming back they should come back to this forum to provide an explanation that can make their users calm down a bit, I'm sure their users are waiting for them to come back again and hope that happens. but I also hope that the users will not be disappointed if in the end betnomi will not come back and leave this business.

Coming back to the forum to make things right and settle off agrieved customers will be a good way to leave the business if they want to but I have hardly seen such happen if this is an exit scam. Betnomi has warn the trust of many here and I'm sure not many expected this to happen. It is still fishy that they would disappear without any sign of coming back because this is taking longer for a site maintenance.

This really worries me the most. Betnomi gave me quite the run-around trying to verify my account on multiple fronts. So they have essentially every type of personal identification of mine, banking information, etc. So if they were compromised then my personal identity and many others may also be.
We don't know what happened. I don't think it was hacked. It seems either betnomi sold their database or they have created another website. All are based on assumption. Nothing confirmed yet.

Well, this is serious... Who knows how many people left their documents on Betnomi?

Nothing is confirmed, and I don't see anyone complaining about money left there (I checked around)... My balance was $2. This is a very strange situation, I am not sure what to think anymore. Definitely, Betnomi is offline for too long and all this smells fishy, but again where are some big complaints, and scam accusations? With my $2 there and without KYC I dodge a bullet, and I played on Betnomi just because we had poker games there...

I think speculating about Betnomi is also not wrong for anyone to say what they think so it's not strange there are any assumptions we have to admit that even Betnomi has really disappeared until now there has been no clarification whatsoever to all the users who are waiting for them to come back again, I also think that what do we think about them selling user email or some other bad thing.

But nothing should be prohibited, anyone has the right to assume because I'm sure everyone might start to get a little frustrated with the current situation where they believe Betnomi will be back again but until now there's no news of their return, we don't know what their real problem is natural, so we can only wait and assume anything wildly from each other's minds.

If Betnomi wanted to stop this they could at any point. They could explain the delay, tell people when the maintenance will end, explain exactly what and why is being done to the site.
You can speculate all you want, no crime in that. Public forums are there for you to express your opinions, but also doubts and concerns and this case definitely is concerning because there's money involved and/or possibly some private information.
Yes, I'm sure people who have gambled on their site and still save money there are not only thinking about the money or the withdrawal process, worried that if the information data including user KYC including important information data is sold it will be very detrimental to all users, that's why there may be some who have been complaining about this slowly, because there is no certainty about the problems they are doing maintenance on their site.

It looked exactly like this, but I didnt want to take any screenshots.  Wink
I guess all betnomi users received the same email I shared in a screenshot.

Better watch out for any websites that look and feel like betnomi.
The link they sent via email could also be their new platform. You better watch this website first. Since they had a good reputation here and no sign to exit scam, I took everything positively until you said your email was exclusively for betnomi. But, this does not look good anymore.  No one has direct contact with them except for icopress, so we can ask about it.

I don't know what exactly happened, maybe they sold their database but it is not that hard for someone to hack and steal their information.
Until I see some official explanation from betnomi I will consider that everything connected with them is compromised, if that ever happens.  Tongue

Why would your first assumption be that they were hacked - first thought: They are trying to make some $$$ by taking advantage of their user database...

I see where are you coming from. You came here with a good argument. But no scam accusations have been created in this forum yet. Did you find any complaints on the internet that was created after betnomi went down? If not, you shouldn't have a problem allowing them a few days to clear up everything. Some users reported that they received their withdrawal even after betnomi went down. I see this as a positive sign. There is no reason for a scam casino to pay their users after they went down if they do not plan to come back with a reputation.

I understand that the tag you got from icopress made you talk in this thread against betnomi.
Don't take things personally. Cheers!

I saw many before they closed; I made one of them. The writing was on the wall but people chose not to listen. And in part, because this forum doesn't give a fuck. Mods ignore messages, the trust system is manipulated, flags are opposed and people like icopress are paid emissaries for sites with no culpability when it goes wrong. Nothing personal, I know they are not the only ones. I wouldn't play at any of the books on here again with your money, let alone mine.

Why would your first assumption be that they were hacked - first thought: They are trying to make some $$$ by taking advantage of their user database...
I wasn't sure if the email was leaked from Betnomi or it was Betnomi. But as notblox1 said, his email was exclusively for betnomi. So, it's confirmed that either betnomi server data was leaked, they sold user emails, or they are simply trying to make money from affiliates.

Another possibility could be that they have opened another business that is forwarding those users. I did not click on the link I received from the email, so I couldn't check the platform. So can we consider that Betnomi rug pulled?

Betnomi website is still in maintenance and not working, but something strange happened today with unique email I used for registering on Betnomi website.
I received spam email from someone called CryptoBonuses and it was redirecting to website Crashout, that all looks a lot like scam.
Maybe Betnomi data was hacked or something else happened, but this is first time I heard about this websites.

the customers are more apprehensive than we can imagine.

Are they? Reading this thread, seems if you pay someone to post on the forum (although he claims to not work there???), do advertising, do more advertising, POKER TOURNAMENTS, you're good to go. Disappear for a while, no big deal. And if they don't come back, no one's gonna be able to do anything anyway. Win win.
You raise a good argument but are definitely way off on facts and what actually happens. Betnomi is definitely not respecting their players, affiliates, promoters, or anyone else but disappearing. They did make a statement, so we just have to wait a little time. We don't know the whole story( they could help by telling the people whats up), but after a certain period tags will start flying. It's not as if they can disappear and reappear a year later and expect 0 repercussions.

The people that have money stuck on the platform(who aren't scammers) can create flags if they wish and try to get support. There are also scam accusations that can be made(show actual proof you're being scammed, not just complaints where you cheated and cannot get paid). Betnomi isn't getting a free pass, people are just waiting for an explanation.

Every scam or soon to be scam on here, I see "we don't know the full story". Pure coincidence it's always from someone that works or did in the past with the site (you did, right?). If the bank you use is closed for any length of time without notice, you don't need to know the full story. The story is they've fucked up and the ending don't matter.

At this point, anyone defending betnomi is part of the problem.

I got one as well.

If in the end the facts are more bitter, for example their site goes bankrupt or goes out of business, of course it is very unfortunate if a lot of user funds cannot be withdrawn and processed from their site, especially if data information includes user identity such as KYC on this site will it be safe if they go.

well, in my opinion the situation is the following: the casino disappeared without mentioning the reason, but nobody opened a scam accusation against them, so being like that, you and nobody can say that they are a scam, when people open a lot of scam accusations against them and show proof that they weren't paid so you and anyone else can leave negative feedback and they can call them a scam or thieves, but the current scenario is that they just disappeared so we are talking about their disappearance, but if you have money stuck in the casino

so feel free to create a thread in the scam accusation against them and post proof that I'm sure people will support your accusation because we are all seeing that the casino disappeared for many days without giving an explanation, in my case I didn't I use this casino, I don't have money stuck in the casino and I haven't seen any accusations of scam against and with evidence in this forum recently so I can't accuse the casino of anything, I just comment that their attitude of disappearing without giving an explanation is not a thing good, Is something disrespectful to customers

What's wrong with asking for proofs? Not everyone has the time to check on the site or platform being acused of, that's why people tend to ask for such thing. In every argument there should be a supporting detail to back it up. We all know how this industry works, and some are just using propagandas and acusations which is why people tend to just ask for details, it is not a requirement in the first place so the authors of such topics may ignore it but ofcourse never expect that they'd give plus effort on what you are talking about. Eitherway, no one could help you other than the platform itself, once it turn out to be a scam.

Surprisingly, no one has created a scam accusation against Betnomi during this downtime. Even there is no complaints on Trustpilot about the stuck funds and their downtime. I can see only two open complaints against Betnomi on Casino Guru, where one of those complaints is waiting to get replies from Betnomi team. Perhaps, most of the users waiting with a positive mindset that Betnomi will come back soon.
Maybe only a handful of people gamble at Betnomi who haven't withdrawn their money. If there are indeed many active gamblers playing there, of course they will complain and report allegations of fraud if they really want to, but back to trust, maybe they still hope and believe that Betnomi will return in the foreseeable future that we may never know.

While we see that there is no Betnomi team making any clarifications, everything is quiet and there are only a few representatives who might be able to calm a little worry, even though that doesn't guarantee 100% that Betnomi will be back in the near future, I'm still wondering what happened to them so they no longer operating their site and status under maintenance for so long.

when trying to access the site. And I deposited $250 on the platform just before that(I got sponsored for playing in poker tournaments recently). I hope everything will be alright soon, because I want to play poker on this amazing platform. Smiley
All you can do is hope for the best. I remember only two days before Chipmixer disappeared I mixed some coin and I was lucky to be able the get the coin back. If I was a day or two late then I could lose a larger amount of bitcoin. You never know what can happen with a centralized service anytime.
Yes you never know and sometimes they are honest and make their best to avoid to completely scam their (past) customers. For example Hotbit had a rather bad reputation but when they closed they gave several weeks to their users to withdrawal their remaining funds and they even extended the deadline at the end. So Betwrong could maybe get lucky and get back his funds.

I really hope that things will be better for Betnomi in the nearest future than a situation when they, as honest people, will just allow users to withdraw their funds.

I hope they will be back soon with even more nice features. As for their poker platform, we all know how great it is. Online poker players would miss it big time if it wasn't there any more.
