No one knows when it directly will be. We need good news for a bull run, such good news can be ETF approving, but we need to wait for a decision from SEC.
After so many denials I wonder how many people care about getting that approval, because I do not care anymore about it and while I cannot say that if I do not care anymore about it then no one else does, that means that a part of the market is probably not going to react even if we got that approval.

To based it with the timeline is should start after thanksgiving, last year huge pump rally after the thanksgiving and towards the holidays. We are almost there the market volatility actually becomes higher in the first week of November and up till now. Strong possibility of the bullrun before end of the year.
I thhink nobody could really predict when will be the bull run. But looking into consideration what happen last year, bull run start from mid of november and peak aroud last week of december and early january 2018. I’m hoping that it will happen as well this year. Good luck to bitcoin and other legitimate crypto.
I am sure that in December, Bitcoin will again begin its rapid growth. because in December there is a lot of good news for crypto banking

Hey guys. I know it is very hard to guess but let’s try. I think bullrun will start in November, of not I think in January or February of 2019. What is your opinion? Which factors do you think will influence bitcoin pump? Want to read your thoughts.
I think it is likely to start before Christmas, we have seen encouraging signs in the last couple of days with first BCH and then XRP both rising. One thing though, I don't think the next rise will be as sharp and long as the huge rise at the end of last year. I think everyone wiill be more wary this time and will pull out earlier.
As I see, the market is doin good in the last couple of days, nothing massive, but a small growth at least, but it does not mean the bull market is her of course, which I would say the most chance is to happen next February.
The year is not yet over and there's still chances to run the bull, what happen last year can also happen this year, we can't assume it completely but we can still speculate that good news will start to come and big investors will go along with it, the market will grow as we expect it to happen and the bullwill dominate against the bear, anything can still happen as always, this industry never fails us with lots of surprises.
I think in the end of November this Bullrun will start and we will see the crypto market recovering in an external way. The revival of Bitcoin and the Altcoins will take place on this Christmas.

We are not psychics of course but according to me we cant see big bull season at 2019 like this year, I hope at the latest 2020 will be like 2017 and we can earn good money again, I hope I'm wrong and 2019 can be big year for crypto world.

First BTC has to touch the barrier of 10K$ and ETH has to pass 800$ then there will be a new target for both crypto currencies.

I think it will come but it will not happen so soon. You know, our market is being affected by a recession. So patience will be the key to our success. But you should trust Cryptocurrency to feel what is happening in the market and capture the psychology of investors. That is really important because you will know when to invest all of your assets. 
I will not talk about specific reasons, it seems to me that trends have evolved during the year from a positive news background and hype from opinion leaders. Since the last negative fluctuation, bitcoin has become significantly stronger due to this. We are definitely waiting for the bullrun, many altcoins are firing, Bitcoin will definitely not stand aside. I think we are waiting for bullrun from day to day. There will be a good growth in a week. 1.58% a day is also growth, and it is quite possible to say that the big race is already near.
Nobody can give you a precise answer. But in my opinion it will be fast when it starts. Need to believe in crypto and wait, every expectation will be rewarded.
Not likely before the trade war is over. All the countries involved are under tremendous pressure. All the business need cash badly. I don't think it will start before the situation of trade war is cleared.

It can happen anytime, may be just in 5 minutes whales come to market and after that so many FUD spreading all over media, and next hour is ordinary people like us making money in green market
