Definitely! There much more scammers and liars among icos than sustainable projects. I think icos must be regulated by governments
Don't invest in ICOs and they will die gradually 
But any ICO investor want to find and buy new Etherium or Stratis to make x100-x200 and buy lambo. Only when all investors will lose all their money with ICOs hype will end.
