there are a lot of investors but most of them afraid to invest money in new projects because of many scams. so we can see the market stagnation.
Bear market lasting for over a year made the investors more educated and cautious for their investments.

In reality, rich and smart people do not stop to invest in the cryptocurrencies. They know that finally, Bitcoin and altcoins will raise. They have enough money, so these guys can wait for a long time.
I think slowly they are recovering and you notice in the strong valuations in some projects recently! But an investor is not defined only by those who invest money because even those who invest their time and their emotional resources are also investors! They are expecting great events to enter the market. Right now we are slowly moving towards our goal, but nothing is clear so far. Altcoins are growing great and everybody is screaming about a bull run. After 24 hours, altcoins are falling and everybody is yelling about the next big dump.

Sharply unlikely to grow , as most likely the growth will be through the sidewall which we now see, and not much positive news is on the market
I am sure that if the project really has an interesting idea and good funding, then with a team of experienced developers, it will bring huge profits to investors in the future. Investors are looking for such projects in the hope that the startup will be the next Google or Apple.
