Investors are still very much around. What make investor to invest is the quality and viability of project they are ready to invest into. Cryptocurrency is down at this moment, it will be unwise to put your money where the negative sentiment persists. As soon as there is better market condition, investors will show up!
The investor is just right here, they just monitor the current market situation or they have enough investment and waiting for the bull run, they also don't trust some new ICOs because of the scammers.
From the very beginning, any project has the same chances of getting development and not gaining the necessary investments. It all depends on the team that promote the project.
yeah, i agree with you.if the team has a good project and the products they offer are also real,
i think they will get many investors. but if the team does not have both, it will definitely fail.
indeed now is a very difficult time for the ico project to find many investors, because investors are currently too picky.
they don't want to lose their money, so they are more careful. now depends on what the project development team does to convince investors.
I think many ico investors are withdrawing their investments or running away as the market falls, and they don't take risks with investments in ico, which is certainly lower than the altcoin.
maybe it's like that and they make decisions at Ico because they believe that their investment in the ICO will succeed so that they have to be confident to make the net easier, because with us being calm and always confident in making decisions and actions, it will facilitate the network business. about the general market collapse in the market, use this opportunity well. if you want to invest in Altcoin now is the right time to buy as much as possible because I believe in the future that Altcoin has the potential to benefit you. all decisions are in your hands, look at decisions, where you think is more profitable. 
I think the investor get a loss from the ico because all of the ico prices are down too deep. They cannot make a profit, and now they are waiting for the market to recover so they can search for another project to invest. But I think some of the investors invest their money in the altcoin than the ico because the altcoin looks promising right now. The investor still wants to search profit, but now, I think they are using the different way to invest.
I see that there are many ICOs that fail because of lack of funds even though the concept is good and potential, isn't it if the project is funded and realized the project will be successful and profitable for investors?
yes most ico's is failed, because now investors is looking for something new, not a copy paste project they want to build

Most investors have already managed to give up on the crypto market and regret the investments they made in early 2018. Now they are waiting for their investments to recover in value and reflect on whether it will happen at all.
As a ICO investor, I do not like to invest on any ico project now. I hope most investors think that way. When market become good, this situation will change. Any way, concept is only one factor for the success of ico.
I agree with you because the concept was very important especially on this difficult hard times the price in the market is not very conducive to so now investors are choosing to keep his funds I think that most investors are looking for projects for investment in this forum because here a lot of useful information ! Still possible they are looking for projects on websites that evaluate them but then you need to read on the forum !

As a ICO investor, I do not like to invest on any ico project now. I hope most investors think that way. When market become good, this situation will change. Any way, concept is only one factor for the success of ico.
Now it is very difficult to find a project that will give a good profit in this market. Investors are afraid to invest, after the ICO, the price decreases several times.
I guess right now is the best way to invest is to buy some learning courses of trading for example or to read some good books before next bull run will come, you will know what to do.
Maybe they are looking for the better projects but I think that all investors are interested in coins now because of the bull run that is promised by experts.
Almost all in the good coins, like btc, ltc, eth,and some others,stable coins is better for who want to invest.
Due the bear market many ambitious projects on both sides affecting, at the time of fund raising as well as on the exchange when they get listed . Also the number of ICOs going on are huge and obviously VCs will not invest in each and every ICOs. Many regular investors have lost their interest in the ICOs due to poor performance of the ICOs on the exchange because of drop in price of token within 2 to 3 days drastically. Investors are buying potential ICO tokens on the exchange directly as on exchange they are getting tokens in very cheap price as compare to ICO.

When an investor puts money on a project because everything looked right, it passed the gut feeling test, and all the research looked good but loses it all anyways, that person becomes disillusioned and takes on a negative feeling for a while.
That person is not likely to jump in feet first again any time soon. And considering there are only so many investors with money to burn, and no shortage of ICOs coming to market, something had to give, and it was investor money leaving the table.
The flood of ICOs came because in the beginning, investors were acting recklessly and the ICO operators/devs took advantage.
Once there are full-blown ICO research houses that start getting their judgement calls correct, sentiment will turn around again, but there are still many pitfalls to solve in the crypto world to get investors to pile in hand over fist.
I am sure that investors are waiting for the better time when prices will be higher and amount of dcam will be lower so it will take not so small period of time.
