I disagree with this. I guess i might have been lucky. I have been following DARICO Ecosystem up and just within 72 hours i decided to place a buy order at 12 cent for DEC i slept and woke up find out that my Buy order have been fulfilled and i sold yesterday at 22 cent. My 1 ETH that i invested gave me 2 ETH+. If you asked me, i don't think this is the best time to invest in ICO because once they list it will definitely go below ICO price as this have become the normal trend lately.

Well it has been a tough year through out 2018 in the crypto space. If the $500 is still available i think you should check coinmarketcap and see that the only coin that has done well during this bearish market that saw Bitcoin, Ethereum and other altcoins dropped so bad is DARICO Ecosystem Coin (DEC). I don't know how they manage to stay up and already in Top 300 in cmc. I think the project have good potentials looking at the fact that DARICO own cryptocurrency trading platform will be launched few weeks from now where Holders of DEC will receive DECS as snapshot is coming around December 2018, So i think it is a good buy. In addition, i will also go with DACC, As DACC is a strong project also backed with strong Team and has good partnership and lastly, go in for ETH, sill very cheap now.
