Some tokens are not tradable, especially those received from bounties. Majority of tokens could be found on fork delta, where you can convert to ethereum. You can also check coin market cap for the market. It may interest you to know that not all tokens are available on coin market cap. It requires a specific traded volume to be listed on coin market cap. So many tokens received from bounties may not be on coin market cap. You can also visit the website of the tokens to know whether its tradable and the platforms where you can trade.

You can find all information of your token in telegram channel, just check the announcement in which exchange it is listed, because not all tokens listed in exchanges is also listed in coinmarketcap.

To know whether or not it has been listed, you have to follow recent updates on the ICO, and see if they mentioned anything regarding that. The most important is your tokens which have been listed in market yet?? You need to find out information about the exchange which support and trade this token. You can find this in telegram or twitter of this token

Tokens that has already been listed in exchanges are mostly posted in Coinmarketcap. But there are also a lot of coins that are on exchanges but wasnt applied to coinmarketcap so what I do it visit the telegram and twitter account of the coin to see their announcements about where they are listed
It depends on what tokens do u have and which exchanges it is listed..you check the update posted by the team in social medias or even in the telegram..there are more than hundreds of crypto exchange..if ur token is listed on many exchanges,choose the ones with high volume..if u are new to that exchange ,sign up and get verified..ones all ready,find the deposit section and get the wallet address of that certain token u have..

you can go to coinmarketcap, there you will be easy to sell your tokens. You just need to find a list in the market where your token is there. It's that easy to sell tokens.
