Right now there are so many different exchanges. And usually they don't require to pass KYC, so i don't think it's very important where to sell your tokens.
It depends on what kind of tokens you have. If you are holding onto some tokens which is listed on Coinmarketcap, then it's better to check out on there as that way you will get to know on which exchanges your tokens are listed and you can also check the price comparison of your particular token on various exchange. It's the easiest way I can think of. Another thing that should also have to be done is keep up with the project that created that particuluar token.

Coinmarketcap is generally the best selling site out here and etherdelta is the simeplest to use when it comes to ethereum based tokens. Etherdelta is very simple to use and coinmarketcap would be the best market for selling everything else because the general public is using it.

It depends to your token where be listed it then you can sell it because not are token we have is on coinmarket so you need to check the sites who give that token to you, so you know where you trade that you have. I usually favor token transactions on reputable exchanges and high transaction volumes. If the token is not listed on major exchanges, decentralized trading is also a good choice. It is possible to view decentralized exchanges but a coin market and you can buy a lot of coins in the cryptocurrency market.
Virtually all altcoins are traded on top-5 exchanges. The price of tokens is about the same on each exchange, so there is no fundamental difference where to sell. But consider that the commission may be different

Ill think it depend only to your token on which are listed.But if they are listed in the good exchanger must better to sell on their, Just to look at your coins in the CMC if they listed on their because you can choose exchange on which are their listed.
go on CoinMarketCap and find some exchanges there.
In my opinion Idex and Bilaxy are very good exchanges. They add new coins before any other major exchanges and it is really cool.

1.Goto coinmarketcap.com and search your token name in the search box.
2.If your token was found in that list,congratulations you can sell your coin or token.(If not just wait until it get listed)
3.Then click on the markets tab where you can sell all the exchanges where this token has been trading.
4.Then pick the exchange where you can get higher price.

When you recieved tokens from the bounty campaign you have participated, then ,the token being launched have been designated to different trading sites for exchanges , so look at your tokens and search what exchange sites it will be received.there are many exchange sites, it depends where your token put. My advice is to sell it to a known exchange so that you will not get scammed. But I sell some of the tokens in the yobit and idex market. Sell it with a high price to get a big profit.
Different tokens have a different way of exchanging and you can go for the coin market cap to get the knowledge about your coin as coin market cap is really going to help out of all your problems as it is really easy to use. Better to have a roadmap and a list of your coins which are really listed on the crypto exchange under listed coins. That will give you a clear vision on which blockchain technology they are developed on and what are the mode of exchanges available.
I think you had to know, where are the group venture posting their token on what trade, you can discover those data on their message channel, or their other authority locales or online networking.

Each token have different trading sites in depend on what the token you have. Mostly this is announce in telegram group. And about the big turnover, just review the value of your token in coinmarketcap site to monitor it. So if you notice that the exchange is big, thats the time you get the big turnovers you wanted.Here the site for your monitoring of corresponding token you have.

I think there is a lot of information that tells you about it that most important research and be patient
If you want to sell fast after recieve tokens you can use IDEX. If you wait better price then wait until token will be listed on reliable exchange. If you want to hold tokens for long term wait until token will be listed on several exchanges with high volume.
If you want to sell tokens that you recently received after participating in an ICO company, then you should use the IDEX exchange. In any other case, use the Binance exchange.
You should follow the specific token on their social platforms to get information once they are listed, and the particular exchange it would be traded on.
