Firstly is we must differentiate between coin with "substance" and coin with no "substance". "Substance" determine whether will the coin last for a long term or just short term and it die off eventually. it depends. I do think many of them would not survive but there is a lot new coins that bring a good project and there is possibility for them to able to survive as long as they doing good.
If the coin comes with new idea, having good project, good team then definitely it will survive. If the coin introduced with regular, having no scope in the Market then no one can save.
It squarely hinges on whether or not new money keeps entirely the market. If we get squished down to say 100B in marketcap then only the blue chip cryptos will survive, but if we sprout up to 1 trillion plus then a lot of crappy cryptos can survive so long as a few investors think they are worthy. That is the beauty of a free market, you won't know until it is happening.

We can't really tell if it will last long and survive or just a pump and dump coins which will end up without a value. The project that holds that coins will need to work harder, the roadmap , the concept and the plan of one project would be working will inorder to be successful.so that the coins will have value too.

I think personally could be because you can see from the good growth or not if the growth of the coin is good that obviously can survive because now you can also see the price of altcoin and bitcoin still decreased and not yet up then I am sure all will be able to return to the original price and can last for a long time

Its very sad, now days lots of coins are entering in the market. Most of projects have come with their own coins. According to me its not good for traders, investors and bounty hunters because sometimes coins value will become very less or zero than traders, investors and bounty hunters lost their money. So it would not be survive in a long run.

Your question is generalized. Some coins will not and others have all chances for it. If you have some doubts, check the team, their previous projects. Try to understand the idea whether it is worthless or not. Do researches and it will tell you a lot. Because it is impossible to say for sure will they survive or not without investigation.
