Real estate is more on the safe side than huge quick profits. Not a bad choice if you know when and where to pick the proprieties to buy.

As others said, for higher ROI you would need much higher risk.
In the same way as altcoins have the potential for higher ROI than Bitcoin (and also much higher chance to fail too), you can look at higher risk investments, like stocks.
However, I prefer cryptocurrencies instead of stocks.

I think real estate is a promising investment, but for now the amount of capital investment needed is very large because at this time real estate is very expensive

Starting up your own business IMO will bring you the highest ROI if we are talking about short-term but you will need to exert an effort to make your business grow.

Right mate,for practical people they will choose to buy and hold Gold than fiats in which expires and needed to be replaced by the central banks,or than cryptocurrency that only assures virtually but not physically so countries and governments are gathering gold for their people's interests

Real Estate does not guarantee any kind of ROI in all circumstances, because you can buy a nice house or flat in a poor neighbourhood and things can turn out very bad when you want to sell it. A lot of people look for the "fix me" bargain deals and they spend a lot of money to renovate a property and over spend on the property.

I think the Real Estate market is even more risky than Crypto currency investments, because a lot more can go wrong with property investments. Roll Eyes

That mostly happened a big ROI from investment but it was also having a high risk that you facing of, probably it will become a scam and make lose on your investment as a capital. On the other hand's, investment in the real state is less risk but it needs a big amount of capital in investing a good business like for example franchise of brand name that had already very well known name. That is a long-term investment with the normal ROI and maybe for a lifetime. Unless in cryptocurrency I think is just like a gamble your money on that to have your ROI.

I can not figure out the exact number of the investment but for me the crypto is high Return on investment and i think that we should look at the big picture so that may change the buyer behavior and mostly people invest here but they do not show patience so that change the whole market and if you are a wise person invest your money in crypto to return on it.

I'd say high ROI POS coins, but most of them turn into scam, as projected value of the coin cant keep up real-world hyperinflation of that coin and within a certain time this coin will cost around "nothing". However if you are superfast to sell your coins which is no more than a week from the start , you can actually make money. But to warn you-many tried that and failed.

Real estate investing is quiet expensive here in my place and only rich people can do that so technically this is not the best investment for a poor people like me. Cryptocurrency are the best investment right now that can really give higher profit to you in just a short period of time and also you don't need to spend money here, just be a bounty hunter and for sure your hard work will be worth it. Traditional investment are still ok, but if you find other opportunity just grab it.

I agree, real estate is the best because as an asset price is constantly increasing every year in which its really guarantee the return of investments specially if you buy the property at very low price and make a good development of it then sell it again at the higher price. There is no property like house and lot that become cheaper after the years but it became more expensive to sell when the time goes by.

There are lots of investments which can give the best ROI for you. Is only depends on how you manage that investment to it's full potential and how good you are at keeping your business on it's top shape.

You should be looking at risk-adjusted return on investment, not just plain old return on investment. Plus if you are looking at RoI in the short term, real estate may not be the best bet. It is an illiquid asset and if you are stuck in a rut, it could be a long time before you find a buyer. All assets may be volatile in the short term due to unfavourable market conditions.

If you know how to manage well , and have the ability to run this business , is the buy and sell methods in any kind of things that are in nowadays , It can also be appllied in cryptocurrency, buy lower value of coins and sell it in a good higher price , but be sure that the item you invest for buy and sell have already clients because if you havevno clients ,your invested items might be stagnant, so check before you enter in buy and sell.

Real Estate is a good investment, but there are other investments that can give good ROI. Think of investing in Organic or eco-friendly products. They yield quality ROI too. humans have been selfish about investment, they mostly want money while ignoring the effect of the project on the environment. We should as a matter of priority make the investment in ecology paramount among other option.

Real estate usd to be great. I know some people who were buying farmlands and converting them to construction areas with water electricity and sewer systems. Dividing the land into smaller patches and roadways and then selling to people as fully prepared construction land ready for housing. You could literally make millions on those deals but not anymore. The population isn't growing as fast and there are so many houses on the market that less people want to build a new one.

But still properties is one of the biggest providers of profiteering..my family is in construction business and i have watch how the company grows because of buying lands constructing houses and selling ..but this is a tough business that requires ability,skills and knowledge.because if one of this is missing,then don't consider this as your optiom
