I think it's a wise decision to buy coins during the dump. The cryptocurrency market will always be unstable and the price of the coins will always be facing the pumps and dumps. If you are confident enough on investing on a coin, it's better to invest on it during the dump.

Well, I was one of those buying when people are selling.
It is because we believe that we will be handsomely rewarded one day. It depends on when the person wants to reap what he/she sowed. Some want it early and some want it on the long run when everything is ripe for harvest.

Normally they are the whales that purchases the coins when they are in a dip. They does this strategically so that it can't be detected that the market is being manipulated.

I think selling at lower lows is not a wise move, always buy at the lowest zones and sell at peaks, i know it is not easy to spot these dips and peaks easily but i think next bull cycle is going to make holders happy and their patience for last 8 months will pay off.

Right now I don't think the market can go much lower, it's more likely that sooner or later it rises again so right now it doesn't make much sense to sell, unless you really need the money or you're speculating with selling now to buy back cheaper later.

Have you ever asked yourself this same question each time you panic sell during a bear market like this ? who are those buying? why are they buying? what will they use if for ? these are the questions i do ask myself and it helped me hodl some of my token and later made some profit from them .
You are right. Those are people we should follow the example of. Only don't think that when the price is going down it means that everyone is dumping. Not everyone and most likely not even the majority of holders are selling. Price goes down because the whales are selling big amounts, while good people like you, who believe in crypto are buying but they just can't buy the amount compared to that that whales are selling and that's why it looks like everyone is selling. I absolutely agree with you, in times like these it's better either buy or hold.

I've read somewhere in investing websites, that an old saying goes "buy when others are selling and sell when they are buying. Stock brokers tend to use that very often and maybe it would not be wrong to use in crypto markets as well.
