A bear market is a time when people can buy tokens for cheap. If they do not miss their chance and invest in many altcoins (promising), then, in several months, they can get tough returns. Some people are even waiting for bears.
Without a bear market, I wouldn't be able to invest more on the top coins and I won't be able to multiply my money when the green market comes. People who see the bear market as something bad are people who are not interested in cryptocurrency or people that don't invest yet.
yep, bear market gives us the opportunity to make money, many whales like to bearish happen so they can invest it again and make profit in the future.
I think that whales who choose a bear strategy - earn even more money than those who choose bulls strategy I wish bear market to come back, because I haven't bought a lot of crypto, so I am going to do it on bearish market.
I have even idea to sell my flat and invest in BTC in case it goes back to 2500$

It would be a great idea but somehow we need another before we saw it again. We are already in the bull run and everything goes high unlike to those dead coins but the majority has moving up. If you think it in the first quarter, I may say that you are profiting right now and probably a hundred percent increase with your funds. If a project survives bear market and it is able to make much sales and reach hardcap, such project must be very strong and the team must have done a lot of works. Although, there are strategies used by some projects which work and enable them to raise run both when the general market condition is good or bad. Bear market is just a name, what you do with it is more important.
Excluding the fact that bear market is good for those who wants to invest in coins ,buy at cheaper rate with more quantity ,Many hate bear market because there coins lose value but here are some facts you should know
The delays from ICO projects either bounty rewards or getting listed on exchanges are mostly because of market condition ,all these projects are hoping for a better market surge so has to make higher profits just like 2017 ,either the project has funds or not ,softcap or hardcap raised successful there will still be some delays, you will even see projects putting locks on bounty rewards ,some for six months or more.
If bitcoin hits 30k tomorrow and ETH turned over 1500$ you will see all this projects rushing to exchanges ,releasing locked tokens ,no matter how bad the project is, it will still be profitable,this makes me feel that all this projects have nothing to offer ,they are here for gains ,some short gains and others long term huge gains.

Bear market is always detested by all but I have actually learnt a great one from it but it takes a strong mind to do that, I invested in Bitcoin was it was at its nearest cos the price was very cheap and now am reaping the benefit so I see bear market as an opportunity

Bear period is part of cryptocurrency market status.. Of course there's no such thing as stable market when it comes to trading even with forex. There's always this good side of every situation even if most of the people think about the bear market as unlucky or anything like that. Bear market is an opportunity to buy and get hold of a coin or token that will sooner or later will give gain and huge profit, it's just a matter of timing really. I just think that anything that came from the bottom will eventually rise up until it reaches the moon.
It is for the people who want to buy the crypto currencies cheaper and the benefits from investing on bear market can be only obtained when the investor has enough patience to hold until the bull run gets peak.It is long term process but worth to wait and take out the profits.

Yes man you're right about that, bear market is the time you will know real projects cause they will continue to strive despite the market condition they are not going to give up in anyway. But as investors, some of us will always be worried when the market is in bear and that's because they are losing their money and no investors wants to be losing. Everyone wants to make profit and nothing else. Even I myself would be worried whenever the price goes down and I'm losing, you too would be. So don't blame anyone for saying that bear market is bad, it's just because they are losing. But everyone should learn to have patience and understand that it not bad, and control their feelings as well. in the bear market, projects really have to deliver to be successful. while the bull is on the road, it's enough to have a few nice pdfs to make millions.

Bear market is bad when we don't actually plan to invest or buy for a long term investments, then after not buying we might regret that the potential coins increases, and that's the bad thing in bear market.

If bull run will likely to appear in the future, then we will all be very profitable after holding our potential coins in a long period of time.Bear market makes the market eliminate projects that are not good but also make the value of our portfolio down if we hold bad coins / tokens. But I think the bear market will make us rethink about the coin / token that we hold and divert it to coins / tokens that have more value or even maybe buy more good coins whose prices fall

We have seen the positive impacts of bear market. A lot has happened, most especially in 2018. It was indeed a year for gathering.
