Those are loosing a lot caused by the bear market will actually says if bear market and correction just like a manipulation. This thing is true considering about the fact so many people are getting a big loses will be instantly called correction as manipulation.
Basically, ICOs are looking for a healthy trend to launch their token and they can avoid the dump ( When it was on the bear market and that will give a lot of pressure)

maybe that says it's bad for those who have bought a very expensive price in December 2017 and early 2018, for those who buy when the price of bitcoin is $ 4000 and ETH $ 200 is not bad but a huge profit

It is bad for those who bought the coins at high price  but very good for those who wants to buy and invest then sell the coins when the price grow up.Bear market is a chance to bag more altcoins.

The bear market is not bad for traders who can analyze the good time to buy and sell the coins. They can find a good price than other people because they have the skills to get a good price. But I admitted that to find the good price will not easy since the price will still move and make us confuse to decide to buy and sell at any price. I think with good skills in trading, and we don't feel too difficult because we can see a good time to trade so we could still make a profit even if that profit is not too big.

I do. It only favors those who have funds, for those who don't they can buy cheaper coins to gain when the markets stabilizes. Those who bought coins at ATH and put the coin in their wallet for safer investment will have to sell it back in loss and that's bad for them. It could happen to someone who have been thinking of retirement after years but end up losing more, worse is that they hang themselves.

That's not the advantage that I can see during the bear market. Yes, it's true that the bear market isn't bad at all, this gives opportunity for everyone to rush and get his position to buy cheaper coins before they skyrocket.

You're discussing about bounty rewards which should be the main concern of yours and other people who's dealing and participating such. Don't think of the bear market as something but if you optimistic and sees the clear situation, you're benefit from it.

if what you posted is true then, it means that 90% of all this projects are not interested in their project. they are all after their pocket. there are projects that got listed when bitcoin was trading below 4k. most are doing practically well. most project owners need to understand it is not about the market. it is all about what they can offer.

Who say is bad? the one who bought some coins from its top price and suddenly here comes the bear market and let me ask you is that sounds good to you then? bearish is only good on people who only want to invest on some coins when their price are low. but for the people who invested it before the bearish market happen that's a nightmare.

Bear market is not bad as it lets us buy top quality coins for cheap the only thing that hurts most of the people is the floating loss in positions they have entered at higher prices and also the time it takes to recover to previous prices can be long otherwise i think bear market does provide us with good new buy entry opportunities.

Excluding the fact that bear market is good for those who wants to invest in coins ,buy at cheaper rate with more quantity ,Many hate bear market because there coins lose value but here are some facts you should know

The delays from ICO projects either bounty rewards or getting listed on exchanges are mostly because of market condition ,all these projects are hoping for a better market surge so has to make higher profits just like 2017 ,either the project  has funds or not ,softcap or hardcap raised successful there will still be some delays, you will even see projects putting locks on bounty rewards ,some for six months or more.

If bitcoin hits 30k tomorrow and ETH turned over 1500$ you will see all this projects rushing to exchanges ,releasing locked tokens ,no matter how bad the project is, it will still be profitable,this makes me feel that all this projects have nothing to offer ,they are here for gains ,some short gains and others long term huge gains.

THE FACT IS BEAR MARKET GIVE BIRTH TO VERY GOOD PROJECTS WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT ,KUDOS TO ALL THE PROJECTS THAT GOT RELEASED IN BEAR MARKET AND STILL CONTINUE WITH THERE ROADMAP AND GET LISTED WITH NO DELAY,IT MEANS THEY MEAN BUSINESS, it means they are here to deliver at best ,market condition doesn't worry them and they believe that there working product will do the rest.
