Absolutely btc, since it has established its reputation for quite sometime now. Many investors still postulate their money on this coin. On other hand eth could be the next in line but it is way to far to exceed btc.
my guess is Btc, it will still be the crypto king. btc gone through a lot because of its volatility but still manage to skyrocket.
The Crypto king of 2018 will go to Bitcoin. There is no point of denying or debating about this matter.
Yes I know Bitcoin has been taking some hits lately but because of my belief in the Cryptocurrency I know that Bitcoin will bounce back eventually; And it will remain leading the pack as usual.
I must say that I would like to see Ethereum as king but unfortunely Bictoin is very popular amongst the Crypto community and it is the first coin people hear about when they hear anything about the Crypto world.

Bitcoin will remain the main perimeter. Other than that, perhaps to see the race for #2 spots, Ripple, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash NEO, Ada, EOS, IOTA etc. Overall, 2018 has been really sluggish up to now. But i am will still bullish on crypto to another bull run perhaps on Q3.
I think this year Bitcoin will remain the king, maybe next year Ethereum will try to challenge bitcoin but not for now, ethereum still not ready.

That will be the King in 2018 is still Bitcoin. I predict this year is still for Bitcoin. I believe the end of 2018 Bitcoin price will touch very high value. I believe in ETH, they will be the king in the market in 2018. At present ETH is being widely disseminated, ethereum blockchain is one of the most popular intelligent contract in its kind, so in the future. They will boom and prices will be higher than BTC. There is at least a high probality that Etherem will become more widely used than Bitcoin take over it’s marketshare as utility token will start to play bigger roles in transformative projects, not just reduced to a payment option. Additionaly Bitcoin gets some marketshare eaten away from all it’s forks.
Personally I believe Etherium will replace Bitcoin in the long run, but for this year, Bitcoin will still be the King of crypto. It is not easy to defeat the King, perhaps we would see that in five years from now.
I think it's going to be Bitcoin. We are also going to see continued adoption of Lightning Network, and Rootstock helping improve Bitcoin. I think Ethereum still faces a ton of problems like scalability for one thing.

2018 will be the year of the token revolution, and it will develop the concept towards the entity. Expect to see more fruit.
KING's crypto in 2018 is likely to be Ethereum because crypto is considered potential crypto due to the launch of smart contract as well as blockchain 2.0 technology. Currently, most of the altcoins on the market use Ethererum technology so crypto will bump in the future is sure.
This shouldn't be a question. Ethereum isn't a successor or will replace bitcoin.

Ethereum holders will say that it's ETH but no doubt that bitcoin will always be the crypto king not only for 2018 but for the rest of the years.
For me .. It's Ethereum because we all know how ethereum is the most useful coin in crypto market, and I think this year of 2018 Ethereum is the Crypto KING.

bitcoin maybe has the most MC... but there were a few other projects which growth more than btc...
For me, I do not think ethereum will be the king of crypto in 2018, although it is used by many icos and it is largely dominate and stable, still it cannot be better than bitcoin. Bitcoin is the most widely accepted crypto and has the largest community, it is safe, stable and has very good potentials to yield more profit. Though the price might look very down now but it will recover and rise high again.
