sometimes I do sell my altcoins immediately because I need a fund, even if the price is too low, if it is emergency I dont have any other choice but to sell those.
Because market is pretty unstable and nobody can predict, what will happen next. In such conditions maybe it's the only safe way. Of course, it may result in serious losses of potential profits if market will grow.
Everyone should decide on their own when they want to sell their altcoins. Somebody has a plan of holding it for only two weeks, while another person would be willing to hold them for as long as two years. The results will determine who were right.
The reason is very simple. On average, only one or two out of 100 altcoins will be successful. These coins may give you 10x or even 100x returns. But the remaining coins will become worthless in a few months time. That is why most of the users sell their altcoins after a short duration.

Yes mostly people hoping for a big profit that is why they are hold first their tokens, everybody likes a big profit you are hypocrite if you say no. But be aware also for the exchange of value because sometimes the value goes too low you need to monitor always for you to be able to see what is happening.
There are many reasons why people already sell their altcoins, because of the fear that they will lost profits in the altcoins. Losing value of investment is a stressful to us and it can lost of profits that we desired. Second, that altcoins is not worth it to hold. Some altcoins is not worth it because they are already in dip and it is hard to pump because low of investors has interest on it.
They are selling their altcoins in early stages mate because they are afraid of getting some losses mate. They will segway instantly because they know they can get any profit on it. Which this result to being dump of that coin which is bad for us.
When the bubble burst, Bitcoin will pull all altcoins and their price will be zero. But the blockchain technology will remain and over time new, fast cryptocurrencies will begin to grow.
I try not to sell my altcoins. I believe in their growth in the future. But sometimes circumstances develop in such a way that fiat money is needed and the price suits me.
I am one of those people who sell my altcoin so soon. It is not because I am afraid of the dropping price or negative news about crypto but because I need a cash to use for my family's important needs.

In my opinion if you want to safe and still profitable, it is sellong tokens that already have prices above the ICO when the market is stable

I think selling Altcoin can be anytime and for any reason. Some people sell altcoins because it's time to sell them, some are desperate. Many people sell Altcoin at the same time, what sets them apart is when they buy it. So tell me, why are you selling your altscoins so soon?
Well, I had a reason that I for the first time succumbed to panic and sold most of it since I thought that they depreciate

There are a lot of reasons to answer this question. First, most of people (including me) always panick if the assets drop to 50-70%
Secondly, We have been bored with the development of that Altcoin, so we must dump it.
I prefer hold the acquired altcoins for several months, then I analyze the situation and prospects of a particular project. If his business is going well, the project is used by people, then I keep hold. But otherwise - I'm starting to sell.
Some have unrealistic expectations and others gets frightened easily by seeing red numbers. A lot of people hop on the crypto wagon hoping for a quick buck and get confused when the value doesn't grow as expected or even decreases

I am not selling my alts immediately. I am holding my altcoins because I am seeing a big profit in alts. I only not see it, coz I already proved it. The only problem in me is that I do not know if the alt is a good coin or not. If it is not a good coin then I will be holding it for nothing because it will not rise its price again. It already happened to me. But not all coins are like that.
