They say all altcoins is bad , but i think this is reffering to new altcoins in ICO/IEO that comes in the market because some altcoins are shitcoins, deadcoin, no volume, ponzi scheme only and many more that investor lose money so they call them bad. And i think not all altcoins are bad like reputable altcoins now like ethereum, litecoins and many others.
The majority of the Altcoins are not good to trade every time. We can not consider every altcoin for trading even it's not easy for us to analyze all the altcoins certainly we can consider top 20-50 coins to trade that has good trading volume. In the present market certainly, we need some more good high potential projects that can help to boost up the crypto market.
I agree, but the one who needs to be convinced about this is the developer. Until now, there are quite a lot of projects that have good quality, but only not developed and abandoned. some of their CEOs were involved in cases of greed, and eventually the project died.

I believe that when one is saying all altcoin, they actually mean, majority of the altcoin in the market would end up to be a scam project. From the stand point of a bounty hunter, you'll find out that over 80% of the tokens you earn as a bounty hunter are worthless. This shows the amount of projects that are actually relevant in the cryptocurrency space.
I find really interesting that bounty hunters are still trying to get those kind of coins when we know that most of them are not going to pay them and if they do we know those coins are not going to have any value in the future, I really wonder if that is the only way they have to earn money on the Internet and that is why they keep doing it because they're hoping that at some point one of those coins which they are promoting is going to give them great profits.But with each passing day the probabilities of that happening are getting lower and the time that they need to spend doing bounty campaigns is getting longer as well.
I guess, nowadays many scam projects maybe that's why some people consider all altcoins are bad, they didn't earn profit. They should have research of the coins because not all are bad.
What they mean here is, the other Altcoins are just made to scam people's money. If you guys familiar with the pump and dump coins you would know what I mean. and also there are the others that claim to create some technology that bases on Blockchain and offering some Altcoins to continue their development, but those projects are mostly scam and fud. that's why we cannot really blame them If they thoughts are like that. as for me, some projects are legit which will make their Coin offering legit as well.

Absolutely correct mate, generally majority of the Altcoins are from a pit of hell, that's they are a complete shits from what we use to have in the early days of cryptocurrency. Many of these projects are just waste of time to read whitepapers of the project. Hope we see a major difference in 2020. hero member

The question is why do some people generalize all Altcoins as bad? considering there are over 3000 of them out there. One would not have the time to go through each project one by one. to analyze the project. team etc everything behind each crypto project.
There has to be some project out there under good intentions. Not all projects could be a scam. I admit I only have a top 4 i consider when it comes to best coins. But yet many should be decent at least honest projects out there. Afterall we do need more projects. more quality projects out there in order for crypto to succeed.

We cannot blame them actually, honestly sometimes I saw most of altcoins are bad but I do see some projects are good and worth to spend my time and effort. Probably altcoins and other projects cannot excel because of the bearish market perhaps we can see its potential as the bullish market comes.There has to be some project out there under good intentions. Not all projects could be a scam. I admit I only have a top 4 i consider when it comes to best coins. But yet many should be decent at least honest projects out there. Afterall we do need more projects. more quality projects out there in order for crypto to succeed.

While we are finding growth in bitcoin and se top cryptocurrency at the same time we are not seeing growth on the complete altcoins market. If the growth applies to all coins then we can invest on most of the coins and make profit out of it buddy.
I haven't seen any people here say that all the altcoins are bad. But one thing is similar which is they are saying that most of the altcoins are bad. And it's primarily because of how they run their projects and just a copy of another project that didn't even work. When it comes to investing, sticking in to the top 50 is the best choice.
Not all altcoins are bad but a disproportionate number of them are and that is the problem, years ago people really believed that altcoins were going to help the market of cryptocurrencies to gain the adoption that we were looking for, but now we understand that the adoption that we want will come from bitcoin and bitcoin alone.So most of the projects that we see in the market are not really going to have any affect in the long term and are only going to affect you if you decide to invest in them, this will not be that bad but we know that the majority of those projects are scams so people have lost any reason to think positively about most altcoins.

I think the majority don't like Altcoins because they don't bring something to the table significant that Bitcoin can't do. altcoins were just invented so people could mine them and try to get rich following in Bitcoin's steps. actually altcoins bring nothing to the table except an experimental testing ground for changes to be merged into Bitcoin. further, we are having trouble as is trying to get 1 digital currency to be understood and accepted by the mainstream. adding the dozens of altcoins into that would make them dismiss bitcoin and all digital currency altogether. Not all altcoin is bad and undeveloped and we can see a list of the 10 best altcoins and can still give good returns and it all depends on you how to analyze and choose it.
and even though many new altcoins end up with Trash or fraudulent coins, that doesn't mean you judge that all Altcoin is bad, and altcoin is good and bad depends on your intelligence in assessing and doing research about the coins you choose.

One indicator considers bad altcoin because the price is not stable and tends to fall from the original price. even many altcoins are of no value. hence the perception that altcoin is born is bad.
The falling price of altcoins cannot be considered bad because I think it is just the effect of today's bad market that whales continue to control.And my basis for knowing that an altcoins are bad for us is dead coin, pump and dump coins, scam coins.
THe price of altcoin will never be stable because people are buying altcoins for trades. And ofcourse if an altcoins moreover with low volume, the price would be so agile because many people are buying it just for sell it with higher price. So i think it's almost impossbile for altcoin to having a stable price except USDT and other similiar coins based on fiat currency
price movements are always changing in the market and also the level of rapid movement makes people sometimes trapped in losses. but keep in mind that not all altcoins are bad because there are still some of altcoins that can benefit and also help in terms of existing technology
