it really depends on the person who receiving bounty rewards, i think some are selling there token and trade to other coins such as ethereum or bitcoin because they know if they hold this two coin it is more safe than holding new coins. holding new coins dont have 100 percent assurance that will last. some turning into scam coin's, and if it has a market value that they think the price is ok for them, they sell it immediately. some also maybe in need of cash, that's why they are selling there coins immediately.

Well, not everyone and not always sell everything instantly. There is no single solution. Simply there are tokens, which have prospects, but there are completely stupid projects - sold and forgotten.

★YoBit.Net★ 1400+ Coins Exchange
Probably because now a lot of bench and most of the projects are bent after they fall on the stock exchange, it's logical

I think that many bounty hunters sell their tokens received as a reward in order to buy larger coins such as Bitcoin or Ethereum. The sad thing is that they do not believe in the project in which they are involved.

I think maybe because of they need that money. For me I just sell my token if I had some needed. Also I will hold m coin until it reach better price.

as a rule, most people do not live more than a year and leave the horizon. Therefore, their tokens cost at least some money only in the beginning of the path. Now managers block tokens from the bounty and give them out for a long time after the completion of the Ico, so that the bounty members do not affect the price of the token by dropping it on the exchange

A huge potential coin is not afraid of bounty hunters dumping their tokens, so we know that most projects do not show their advantages.

WPP ENERGY - BACKED ASSET GREEN ENERGY TOKEN
Because most bounty hunters want to make a money/ a wage I guess. Nothing really wrong with it, investors will pick up the coins if it's from a good ICO.

Bounty hunters prefer to earn fast profits. I'm also a bounty hunter, but I don't sell my rewards every time! Because I prefer to hold cryptocurrencies for a long time to maximize the benefits!

It is better to sell coins immediately if the project is not strong and you are not exactly sure that it will be in demand.  If you wait and do not sell, these coins will simply fall in price and you will not get your profit at all...

I think the most bounty hunter sell their coins immediately, because they want just the fast money. They participate in thouse campaigns, just to earn cryptocurencies, does not matter how much. So they actually collecting ethereum. They are not interested about the projects from the bounty campaigns. So thats why they are mostly loosing when they are selling so early!

yes
so that's why more people are looking for a good bounty because they know they can give it a lot of tokens.
They will advertise the project after a few months after the project has been given their token from their sales and it will be the money.

I think there are several reasons why bounty hunters sell their rewards immediately they get it. Some it may be due to how potential the token is and the level of trust they have in it, If it is a good one with good features, you can hold it till the price is higher and if not, they decide to sell. Some also sell if they have financial need that needs to be attended to urgently and some sell to buy another stable coin.

Bounty hunters had only one reason why they are participating or doing bounty campaigns, and that is to earn rewards that can be converted to money. They immediately sell their tokens because they really need money to earn living and provide their needs. But there are some bounty hunters that really hold their tokens once they received it.
There are very few such bounty hunters. These are smart people - those who do not sell their tokens as soon as they receive them.

so I can sell them immediately because there are many hack tokens. the hacked ones they moved to their wallet, as in my friend that all of its tokens were stolen from unknown to whom the wallet was allowed token so if there are many tokens you do not always open your wallet. it is better to sell it immediately.

probably because they only focus on one coin. they sell tokens from bounty rewards to be ETH or BTC balances. or even they just want to earn money quickly without having to save a bounty reward.

If you're a newbie bounty hunter, that would drool for money, instant money, you'd probably sell your rewards immediately and that was not good, on the project and for yourself. I suggest that find a good project, do bounty for it. Buy the dumpers and HODL, by that, you didn't need to work for a living.
