because they want to make money fast, that is the main reason of why we are seeing a lot of dumps after the icos list on exchanges.. usually it is coming from weird bounty hunters that only care about money

They probably know that most altcoins are lower price on exchange or after the ICO ends, so they wont take a risk for waiting and holding the tokens. Their  decision selling tokens immediately is right than holding and waiting the best day. It is better to sell and keep safe on the wallet. I personally experienced holding and waiting, at the end that there was no value for my coins.

Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.

The reason why there are many dumpers out there because they want to meet the official ico price and sell it as soon as possible for a huge income. This is the wrong strategy they made but sometimes it's good. For me it's good to dump if you're on the first day of exchange.

Some people need fast reward for their efforts while some don't actually believe in the long term hold of the project. But the negative thing about bounty holders dumping their token is it sometimes have a downward effect on the price of the coin and the price of the coin starts come down really bad. I am of the opinon that projects should lock out bounty rewards until weeks after it has been listed before giving it to both bounty hunters and airdroppers.

Selling your coins immediately after you receive your reward from the bounty should be depending on the platform ,if you really think that your coins will grow even more then just hold it.

I think there are two reasons, maral and financial. Moral is the desire to get real income for their work. The financial reason is basically the same, but also that many tokens will be much more difficult to sell later, when the hype around the project will pass.

Why bounty hunters sell their rewards immediately is because most of them don't believe in the project and are scare of fall in price, that's why they dump them to make instant reward by selling them

They are tend to sell out immediately when the token is listed in an exchange, because they want to make profit fast and also they have fear of missing out. They are not the real investors of the project. Bounty hunters should hold the tokens at least mainnet launch and then see the physical product which they believe to be successful before giving up on the project.

A lot of factor may be behind this action, some sell off because they prefer holding ETH compare to holding the particular coin, some sell off because it worth a fortune at the time the tokens comes on exchange and they believe if they wait some more time then it may fall in price.

One thing I know. They got too tired of waiting.
ICO's takes like 2-3 months before they pay bounty hunters with their tokens and sometimes it takes 6 months. (that is the longest that I experienced)
With that, they would want to take what they worked for in fiat or in other crypto currency. They do not want to see more updates about the token that they supported and got weary with it.
Some still stay and keeps that token. Hell, I got 4 bounty token that is still intact.  Grin

I think whatever someone will do with his coins is nobody's business. But what we can do is to advise bounty hunters to hold their bounty-earned tokens for a while. It pays to wait. Patients is golden

Because many people do not believe in the projects in which they participate.  Considered solely from the point of view quickly Sirotka. That's why they throw everything off.

Because some of the ico are dead after a few months so they sell it when it hit the market, after several weeks the price of the coin is 50% less if the coin is perceived as a pump and dump coin and believed they cannot accomplish their roadmap.

I think that no one conducted such studies. The statement that bounty hunters always immediately sell their received tokens on stock exchanges, most likely, is not true. They can not so lower the price of the new token after its first transfer to the exchange. As a rule, the participants of the ICO generosity campaign are allocated only a few percent of the released tokens and even if they all sell immediately received tokens on the exchange, which is unlikely in itself, then these few percent of the offer for sale can not significantly affect the price of the token in the direction of its lowering.
However, of course, many of them still immediately sell the received tokens, and for this each person can have his own personal reasons and, above all, an acute shortage of money to cover his current expenses.

Firstly not everyone does, there are just people who have no savings, and no self-employed not working,so for them it's the only form of income on which they live,so it turns out that it happens in the moment the money is needed, therefore, is drained even when the price is still only just beginning to rise, either immediately

The reason is that majority of bounty hunters is 3-rd world citizens and they need these tokens to convert in cash to survive. I see the only right decision for big projects if they don't want token price to be dumped:
Payments in ethereum. I know several projects like Crowd machine, Dao stack, which payed out with Ethereum.

Most of the bounty hunters sell immediately their rewards for some reasons maybe. First they need money in order to sustain their needs and they want to see the profit quickly. Once it is being available in the exchange theres no need for them to think twice to sell as long as they earn maybe that is important for them.
