This may be because bounty hunters are reluctant to wait for the project to grow. Perhaps it is because new coins have not grown well this year, or the trend is not good. I think it is possible.
Most of these bounty hunters sell their coins immediately because they think the rewards they'll receive wont be the same amount as when it is listed to an exchange site or they really need the money, the now sell it off.
Some of these tokens fail, if you hold them for a long time. That's why, bounty hunters sell immediately. I think they should hold for some time to realize the actual worth of token.

There's a specific reason behind it but the way i see it is bounty hunters make a living, in order to survive in this harsh world. They sell it as fast as they can. Profit is profit whatever it is as a rule in crypto "Don't get Greed consume you"
It's sad that bounty hunters have connoted as dumpers and please don't take it as majority because there's still some hunters that prefer to hold when the project is clearly visible and of course we love to profit good so why we will sell if we know that we can profit more than in early dump.
Because of shallow perspective of hunters and because of bad experiences with many ICOs token/ coin when you holding and goes down badly. Well, i think it depends on each person and what coin/ token you've got. When the quality of the token/ coin good, i think that people will think twice before selling theirs.

has become a natural thing when the bounty hunter directly sell the tokens they get. because they do not want to take the risk to keep the coin. although in fact it would be better if they dare to hold the coins for a better price
Well thats not true. i know a few bounty hunters that don't sell immediately. Infact play more like experienced traders. Its just the naive and new bounty hunters that sell immediately. But once they get some experience they know when to HODL and when to sell.
All due respect most bounty hunters sell there receive reward token immediately because they knows the coins capability which is limited only at a time, grabbing the opportunity more demand, together with the market is more perfectly at its timing.

You have to bear in mind that some people will only take part in Bounties as a source of income, they are not interested in investing in crypto and treat the bounty as a paid job. For that reason, they will trade the coins into ETH or BTC as soon as possible and then cash out to FIAT.

I know some bounty hunters who act this way. Their reason is that they want an immediate profit. They do not know the potential of the ICO's bounty campaign they had joined.
