They are driven by a desire to quickly spend their money and are afraid that the coin may fall in price, they at the time do not think that they can hold coins, and they can grow from time to time.
don't have any other reason, they only want instant profit earning, exchange to fiat money or buy other potential coin, sometime they will miss the train to earn huge profit because they sold their holding lower than ICO project price, But I won't do that, I'll holder for 3 month and check project development progress, sold it if project don't have any news or continue hold for another 3 month and check again
Because they may need immediate money. I also do it, if i think that project will not success. But I am holding most of coins. Crypto market is spreading among people. Usage of crypto will rapidly increase in near future. Therefore holding good coins is really valuable.

In my opinion, bounty hunters sell their tokens or coins for several reasons, such as wanting to enjoy the results. They convert it into fiat or paper money to buy some necessities of life. In addition, some convert them into more stable coins that they think may benefit more from it.
Because they understand how many people have received the award and will want to sell it. Therefore, the price falls quickly, and then the coin can be bought back.
Because rewarding hunters know that there are no long-term values for the many tokens they hold, if they don't sell they may be cheaper. So usually choose to sell to avoid losses. However, valuable tokens will still be held for a long time.
I myself am a bounty hunter, the exact reason why I often directly sell coin yyg I have got is fear the price will continue to decline because I often hold the coin but the price continues to break and I suffered a big enough loss

Where is your source? Basically every second ICO have bounties so would be really hard to get real numbers. I speculate that not even 50% of bounties gets sold in the first month.
Now think. Doing bounties takes time and if this guys are doing many then it take them all day. That si what they do. So of course they need to buy food and pay electricity to be able to do bounties in first place. It is normal they spend their salary for that or how they could survive.
because some bounty hunters are afraid that the token they recieve might be loss value ic they dont sell and some are dont care about what good the project as long as they can make small amount of money.
There are people who believe in the project and are waiting for the coin to grow, and someone is afraid of losing what is.
Bounty hunters usually do this job to earn revenue. They are afraid that money will lose value so they are selling instantly. I usually sell it when I get a bounty 
I think that bounty hunters should see how the tokens doing when they listed on exchanges. It also depends on the market situation, if the market is in bull trend then you should consider selling immediately, if it is not then it would be better to hold.
In my case. I'll do the same. Maybe because I need money asap or I'm afraid of losing it if hackers or scammers attack my wallet. I'm gona have it first before someone get it. But the main reason is I need money asap hehehehe . Need it to use for daily needs.

Because they want rush money.
They don't spent any money to invest, so they don't feel some loss if they sell their token immediately even with really cheap price.
But, it's good for new investors who want to invest more, they will get the tokens with cheap price.
Cause bounty hunters can get theirs tokens in 3-9 month after program. May be some of them need fiat money for living. Also they do many different companies so there are no time to read all documents, check sites, team to know which program is good. Thats why they decide to sell it
in my opinion because they want to instantly exchange the coins on paper money, or later on popular coins like eth and bitcoin maybe.
Of course they need money or they do not want to hold their tokens because they think that the price will decrease if they did not sell their tokens right away, well that's their choice don't be like them just hold tokens it will moon.

They may have personal reasons, and usually alt coin prices are not so volatile unlike bitcoin. Sometimes it doesn't matter if we hold on the coins we had. Of course if we know that this will be greater in the future, we would rather hold it to have a higher profit. Some may say they need the tokens for their day expenses and may use it for buying their wants and needs.
not all campaign participants like that, for me personally always hold tokens obtained from the campaign until the price is close to the price of ICO or maybe more. every member is different nature, please do not equate everyone.
