I participate in a lot of bounty campaigns. And i also see that they are many people who participate in the same bounty campaign as i do, dump their token immidiately. I think the reason for that is easy. They are a lot of bounty hunter who are from third world countrys. For those people, a bounty reward that is worth 1ethereum. is like a 3 month salary. If i would be in the same position, i would do the same i think.

Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.

they sell because they usually desperately need money, which is understandable. But they often rely on bounty campaigns as their only source of income, which is putting them under tremendous amount of pressure.

Many people cannot predict the rise or fall of coins. So they don't risk and sell the tokens at once. There are still many people who just want to get money here and now. Well, the rarest type of people who know for sure that the coin will only fall and the chance of growth is close to zero.

One of the common reasons is that they don't believe in the future of the project. They choose to sell to avoid future risks. That is why the token price dropped at the beginning.

Selling or holding, that's own choice. And that choice depends on the potential of the project. Bounty hunter should think carefully before making a decision

Lack of trust towards the token or just an instant reward in Fiat, could be caused by fear of losing money. BTW I am trying to get some TYD and TAT tokens through their Bounty campaigns. any thoughts regarding  their tokens?

I think people who sell tokens immediately need money. Maybe for some it's the only way to earn money. Or maybe they don't want to risk and sell tokens to buy stable coins like btc or eth. After all, a lot of tokens are unnecessary and it is impossible to sell them. Personally, I plan to hold my coins in hopes of x10 or even x 100.

Maybe they fear if the price will drop drastically and they will regret holding the token. They do not want the time they spend in bounty to be useless. Moreover, choosing a good bounty is now difficult.

Most of these bounty hunters sell their coins immediately because they think the rewards they'll receive wont be the same amount as when it is listed to an exchange site or they really need the money and need to sell them every time they get rewards. I know someone who does this all the time and his friends too so to me that is one of their common reasons.

There could be several reasons for this: people want an instant reward and they transfer their coins into fiat money; or they exchange the received tokens into a preferred coins like BTC, ETH, etc.
That's a great idea but why don't they wait for the coin to be listed on many exchange markets or better still or the prices to go up so they can sell and make profit from that.

Not all people have the same situation, they may have the funds to survive before the coin is listed on an exchange and also, the majority which is short of funds and does not hesitate to sell it for quick cash.

Maybe they need money urgently, this may be a reason. But i noticed that last ICO's prefer to distribute tokens to bounty hunters after a few months.

If the Bounty hunters are satisfied on its price surely they immediately sell it cause many bounty hunters will dump their token for sure and if ever you have been late in selling automatically you need to hold your tokens due the tokens will have a huge decreased after hunters dumping it but sometimes hunters regrets in selling cause they didn't expect the token will have huge increased.

this is not surprising to me. There are some shitcoin coins and if you do not sell them early the price will drop or the coin will lose its value. there are also cases that some bounty sells them for daily meal needs.

Most bounty hunters sell their rewards immediately to buy other good coins or tokens which are more profitable. ICO tokens usually crashes within three to four weeks after exchange listing. When that happens, recovery for these tokens would take a lifetime (I'm talking in general). And a lot of participants are quite impatient so they would sell right away.

It really depends on the bounty hunter. As we all know that most of the bounty campaigns will pay their bounty hunters when its ICO is done or their project is being launched so some of the bounty hunters are waiting a lot of time for them to get a price for the effort they've made and then convert it to BTC or Eth before anything else might happen to the token or altcoin that they have. There are some altcoins that experienced dumpings after their ICOs and because of this, most of the bounty hunters tried to evade that kind of scenario where in the token that they are holding will have no value at all. The main reason why bounty hunters are participating in such campaigns is for profit or earnings from the tokens they received not for the main purpose of getting a hold of the coin that they are promoting.

I don't do it, I actually just do bounties of projects in which I believe, that has future potential, I read whitepapers, I partecipate in Bitcointalk and Telegram discussions, I try to suggest improvements and then I HODL because bounties are early things and projects still have to show their cards in crypto play. Sometimes I get dumped but many times, sooner or later, tech and good features prevail and my bounty coins pump really much. Then... I continue hodling. We are still in early days. Greediness is bad if we want crypto takeover real world.

People will always hold onto a coin if they do believe in the technology that it offers but as we all know that it needs time and community support and adaption is needed for a particular project to increase its value in the market. Even if the words or promises written in the white paper is so promising there are still cases that people won't be able to adapt to it or even use it in real life.

After a bounty token distribution you will always find a dump in token price this is all because of bounty participants dumping their tokens. Once i got 100 usd worth of SHG tokens and i thought to keep it for some time and it went to 0.0001 usd from 0.1 usd and i regret it.

I think not all bounty hunters will do that, those who sell immediately may have some reason like bothering money or results in being able to want to re-invest in ICO

Frankly speaking we should not be selling the bounty token immediately as it affects the market in negative ways. There is no option however as veery bounty participant think that other people will dump the coin and thus prices might just drop heavily. So they better choose to sell immediately get the prices at the time of exchanger listing. Also if you observe then you will notice at the time of exchanger listing the prices are always higher than the normal timing so thats another reason why people choose to sell the coins.

It depands on the the project. If it is scam the price will go down after listing on the exchange and holders will lose more their profit.
