Market is very young and very unpredictable. It is normal to afraid invest money in something new with unknown rules and behavior. I think in 2-3 years situation will change.
I am sure that it is actual because they don't know details of crypto's processes and it is very difficult to make them learnt it. This cycle is closed.
Rather, they are afraid of entering into a new field like crypto. Moreover, the market fluctuates too much, I think it is very harsh. You know, our accounts can evaporate 20-30% overnight. Too scary.

Major reason I think why people are afraid to invest in crypto is because of several reported cases of fake ICOs and exit scams thereby they know they might be victim.
To avoid being hacked one have to be extra cautious by handling private keys because these hackers are getting smarter everyday

You all rightly say. And I believe that anyone who is afraid of losing their means should not climb here. You need to invest an amount that does not mind
Crypto currency will definitely improve our world. But the expected changes are waiting for us in 3-5 years! While everything is in the process of origin!
There are many reasons why anyone wouldn't want to invest in cryptocurrency. First off, their interests. There are people who technology aren't exactly their thing, or do not find things related to it interesting, so they might not want to venture into it. Also the fear that they might be exposed to losing their money might scare them off.

As you can look through it's market the prices is unstable which it has a chances to loss or gains but as long as you've already had a strong hand to hodl and good strategies you can able to earn good profits.They are afraid also to the issues about cryptocurrencies.
