All because of the sharp jump in the price of bitcoin. There was a lot of noise around the crypto. And of course, scammers have found ways to easily deceive people who don’t understand, but they want quick profits.
Owing to the growth of the crypto space as of 2017 ICOs gained massive attention thus fraudulent individuals saw it as an opportunity to scam investors. Therefore with that growth and as well hype, throughout last year ICOs dealt mercilessly with investors. But now we have learnt the hard way thereby knowing how to protect ourselves.
People didn't still learn on past experiences with ICO because look at on the current IEO,it might have a different system way of acquiring or supporting projectsbut it isn't really that different with fraud projects in the years past.They don't deliver something new IEO or ICO,if you aren't aware or careful enough you would still lose money.

I think this will be everywhere without exception. there are many ico projects that scam in 2017 until now, I think this is one of them which makes a sense of lack of trust and the collapse of the crypto market.

Don't worry it will one day cease, because IEO is going to replace this ICO crowdfunding, if there is no regulation happening we shall soon see the demise of ICO in cryptocurrency, because this is the one thing that stopped new people coming in, to cryptocurrency.

These fraudsters have been there for a long time. They use bad situations to get money without having to work. This also makes many investors stop investing. We must be more vigilant and careful in investing. Take your time to do research.
Since the market goes down we meet some ico's that being scammed but not we are facing some success and waiting that many the market recovers to avoid loss price of tokens before it get listed in some exchanges.
