I think that will only make the bounty campaign's future bleak and not only that, when IEO is held at the exchange fails and it turns out that the project is only a group of scammers that will have a bad influence on the good name of the exchange.

Maximum projects weren't scam. Most of the projects failed in ICO to raised softcap. Market was not suitable for the investors, so ICO were not successful for most of the projects. Some projects were scams that we can see this trend now.

Since the market goes down we meet some ico's that being scammed but not we are facing some success and waiting that many the market recovers to avoid loss price of tokens before it get listed in some exchanges.

Icos is now scam because what they are after is to reach softcap and hardcap and later run away.investors no longer bother to buy ICO again all they wait for is dip.when it dip they will buy and keep for a while when it rise they will sell back. No one is ready to hold coin. Scam everywhere.

Because it's simply a way too make easy money.. fool people and take away their hard earned money.. seems pretty humane..

The answer is simple. At the time of the bull run, it was possible to earn on almost every project related to cryptocurrencies. People did not check the credibility of the project, they just bought everything that appeared on the market. The scammers began to use it and thats why show up so many fake projects.

The crypto market has many noobs and non-reader users who don't read things and easily get involved in a scam project! So, some smart scammer came out with a good looking website and some team member and then they scam people's money! But people are very smart now and that's why there are very few scams ICO project at this moment and ICO market is almost dying!

Altough the project is real
The bear will continue eating a fresh money came to market.
And also most of investor on ico seems and probably totaly not understand how fluctuactive altcoin.

most of them take advantage of the situation, when the bear market is not over, they are looking for as many investors as funds and then running away because they are not launched token for reasons of low exchange rates. but actually there are still projects that are trying to wait for the bull run.
