It is a form of attracting people into a project by performing minor tasks and hence winning some free tokens. I think if it as a form of cheap advertisement.

Airdrops are an integral part of the of the promotion of an ICO. In order to create more hype and build a community around a project, it's important for the team to give of it's tokens out for free, I mean who doesn't like freebies?

However, a lot of these airdrops are scams as they come, you end up wasting time with them, accumulate tokens that are not of any value because the team have no plans of actually pursuing the course of the project.

Many projects use airdrops to gain more followers and subcribers in Telegram, Twitter etc. Anyway many of them are just scam.

Hello everybody  Grin

I want to ask something, why every day even every time a lot of airdrop programs that appear? I do not know where they came from and how they came, suddenly appeared. thanks
Simple, because there are many developers trying to create their own project and they are trying to get people to use their coin and that is why they are giving coins away to anyone that is interested in the project, unfortunately there are also many developers trying to make money for themselves and are trying to see if they can make some of those coins to have some value so they can sell later for a profit since they hold most of the coins.

Because it's a new way of making money. Many of the airdrops are scammers and they are waiting for the newbies to get the benefit.

It is a helpful marketing tool for the projects. Airdrops programs are used for promotion and advertising. But most of them just only want to collect your data and are only a waste of time.

airdrop is simply an advertising tool like many others, make your product known with a free sample, above all it attracts traders who are always looking for this kind of opportunities, even if the token is not worth much, if they give the sufficient amount it will start attracting people who will try to trade it for something else, some airdrops are very ingenious and request that you hodl so that you receive more rewards, so they raise the price a lot and you can sell it at the end.

Because the Airdrop increases the marketing of the ICO.
with a lot of participation, investors will believe that the project will be successful in the future.

that's the average trick from ICO marecting.

It provides quality community feedback as well as advertising for brands, helps to promote a particular coin, to drive traffic to a site. In this way, companies are able to create a community around their coin. This is a means of creating a customer database at a low price. But today a lot of airdrops may be a scam, unfortunately.

Because many are scam. Airdrops coming up every second but only few of them are real. The ratio of real airdrops to scam ones is about 30:70 which means the 30% of the real ones come out once in a while.

airdrops are usually programs intended to help promote an ICO project. So, we can conclude, that the more the program ICO, project airdrops will also be more and more. This is the cause, why are more and more airdrops at this time.

Airdrops are normally intended to create awareness of the existence and value of a particular coin. It also announces new coins coming on the market. As such, there will be airdrop programs until the Blockchain ceases to exist or the creation of new coins stops.

The airdrop programs are quite easy to plan and execute, it usually ends quickly in a few weeks. Especially if the project uses it to increase the number of members of the telegram community, twitter.

Airdrops are meant to gain traders of their altcoins, to encourage someone to register to their website, free advertisement to their platform by means of retweeting or sharing on social medias, to gain thousands of supporters or to enlarge their social community on slack, discord or telegram, etc. Actually, that airdrop is an eye catcher to cryptocurrency's freelancers which as known as bounty hunters.

This is the perfect answer I guess. It's the fastest way to spread about the project to build a strong community at the same time it does not cost them much as they usually pay the airdrop participants a portion of the total supply. Same with bounty hunting, to help advertise about the project.

on the off chance that I think this is a promoting virtuoso stragegy that we utilize, on the grounds that if Airdrop still stays truly outstanding and most effective approaches to pull in more individuals to our task later, at that point free publicizing to their stage by retweeting or partaking in online life, to get a large number of supporters or to grow their social network.
