Right, people are loosing interest because of large number of ICO project. The main reason behind this is that ICO projects now a days ends in their development stage.
The bounty campaigns are longer than usual because now most of the ICO projects do not higher marketing specialist and use bounty campaign their only promotional medium. The projects are also not up to the mark.

May be due to bear trend running in the market; there are some ICO s which may not be able to get collected necessary funds.
There are good projects too included in above projects.

If bitcoin is not getting takers then why to surprise if new to born babies (new coins) are not finding buyers. But I think coins collected during this bear phase may be providing lot of gains; when bull phase starts.

I agree that more and more bounty campaigns are extending nowadays, I think it is because of the investors are slowly losing interest in these campaigns, this is also a result of a lot of bounty scams. Also the downtrend market is adding to the reason why campaigns are not reaching their targets on time, hence they need to extend the project for it to somehow get the proper funding until the project successfully ends.

In addition with the bearish market condition I think this is also one of the reasons why some bounty campaign are extending because they felt that it is very difficult to reach exactly the hard cap that they aimed, that's why they do extending it looking for the project succeed for the benefits of all participants and to the investors as well.

I'm worried about my bounty, which is not ended.. I hope they are not scam, they don't look like scam.. anyway the reason is obvious in this market status.

I think it's because of not reach their pre-sale and private sale and in my opinion, its a good opportunity to the bounty campaigns to extend their projects and it will benefited to all of the members. However, you are right about due to scammed ICO lost its investors. now many people they choose believe in bitcoin because of the price are will go down in price, but it will not be, closer to the end of this year bitcoin will have to cost more than $ 20,000 is a fact that is now very important to understand.

I totally agreed with your opinion on extended campaigns, of recent most campaigns. To me the reason behind this extended campaign is as a result of investors not investing on the ICO at the same time not reaching the Soft cap and at the end not making it to the hardcap.

I think it has something to do with the price market. Since bitcoin hits the lowest of its market this year, some bounty projects extends, and it somehow affects the quantity of funds. Mostly, investors will rely more likely and depend on the price value market. Thus, if the value is low, its ICO's target goal won't be reached and this sometimes will lead not only with the slow development of the bounty project but loss of trust as well.
