I guess the reason why some ICOs are extending their project is to gather more investors and to gather more funds for them to reach their softcap and hardcap. They are doing that for the benefits of the project as we'll as for the benefits of their investors and bounty participatednts as well.

yes I agree with you, many investors are losing interest in investing. that is the reason for the increasing number of bounty campaigns that failed to reach the softcap and did not share anything with the participants.
They are not more investors participating in ICO due to the fact that many scammer are using the platforn to dupe investors which discourage them to invest in ico due to that ico are seeing investors as they have thought so they don't have more option than to extend their ICO with the hope of expecting more investors
