I think its true that bounty campaigns are extending because they do not achieved the softcap that makes investors to lost their interest investing in ICO. This is also the reason why people lose their trust in joining or participating in ICOs because we cannot assure if it will be successful.

I think the bounty is extended because they were not able to reach their hard cap within the stipulated period and apart from that there is no specific reason. As you stated I agree that there are more number of scam projects but there are few genuine as well. We need to check all the possibilities to make sure we are not investing on a scam project with our hard earned money.
it becomes a challenge for us to be more careful in investing in ICO as many new ico become rivals and produce new altcoin with clearer coin ecosystems and also crazy ideas 
Unfortunately, you are right. There are many ICOs which resulted to be SCAM. This is so embarrassing since there are also projects that are really trying to raise some money for the development of their idea, however, due to the current trend of rising SCAMs, people are afraid of investing in ICOs and participate in the bounty campaigns.

my opinion it's because condition about the market,altough Scam Ico its the problem too , but the real trouble came from the market.
even good ico with a superior team need more more time to touch the softcap,
that why , bounty need more time too.
Bounty extends naturally also will have an impact on participants as well. for ICO is certainly good but if for participants without any additional allocation then would only be dismayed with the result. lucky if it reaches the large target within an extension, but if the change is not great so don't expect much for it.
Because they can not reach the softcap or they just want to keep raising more money, that is one of the reasons of why they are always extending the deadline.

Too many icos are scam. That scares investors and keeps them from investing in real icos.

The idea is interesting, just how to do it? In my experience I invested in one promising company, the coin grew. After its growth, I still bought it, and it was scammed for two weeks. I'm afraid to invest in other companies. Therefore real icos need to be extended to find investors.
Actually they doing that because the hardcap of the project are not yet reach.

I totally agree with you, Icos success falls as the number of bounty campaigns increases. Because there are many scam icos , these scam icos are damaging the crypto world and reducing trust.

yes I agree with you there are so many reasons why ico now has a very long time, some of the reasons you have pointed out above, I just added not reaching the target sales both softcap and hardcap

I think it is because of the very low market and continuous market crashes happened a couple of months ago. Bounty campaigns may need to adjust the value of their token or prolong the bounty campaign period to compensate on the rather negative market.
This reflects the overall development speed of the cryptocurrency market. There will be more projects in the blockchain field in the future. This is a very good news, but ICO's supervision I think it is necessary to achieve it.
i think these project like that want to wait market recovery will start ICO, so bounty program also extend.

Whereas the ICO’s have many of the scammers around the world which have taken the people trust and broken down as the money are not given to them on time or we can say they are being fooled by most of the companies from which the people are not doing any more ico’s but I feel if we less down the scams then we will be able to work towards the good ico’s and help the companies and can help our pocket to rise
