I also noticed that. I think the market has something to do with it. The market right is very low. I think most ICOs extend their campaign to wait for the market to recover. Also another reason might be their hardcap. I think most ICOs want to reached their hardcap thats why they are extending their campaign. Technical or internal problems might be the other reason.

If they are extending a particular campaign, then they should also increase the bounty pool. On one hand they are asking us to work extra and at the same time they are not paying any salary for the extra period. It is like asking your employer to work for 6 months after paying 2 months salary.

Investors are getting very selective these days due to some big ICO scams happened already that's why many ICO couldn't even reach soft cap and I don't think extending it would make much difference. They should focus on making their project useful which fulfill the needs of a large population.

Bounty Campaign is extended just because the ico is not reach the Soft Cap, they increase the token reward on bounty campaign for the issue or sometimes not increase the bounty reward, most of the time this extending campaign is the sign of ICO is scam.

Bounty campaign extends when they didn't reach their soft cap or hard cap, but the important is if they reach their soft cap in the token sale of ICO tokens, that's really a good ICO because, there is a lot of people buy their coins. Every ICO wanted to be successful of their ICO project so that the will never gonna extends more weeks or months to reach their goals. Sometimes extension of ICO is way better when they give updates to the investors and holders about their coins.

I don't understand what you are conveying with this discussion, do you mean by extending?
I don't think there's anything to do with that scam. currently there are many investors who prefer silence in the rate of decline and not because of bounty campaign.
