ICO nowadays are different from before. I'm not recommending to do ICO now since most of them we're dumped once hitting the exchange. But if you're a long time holder it doesnt matter
You should invest in ICO if you believe in the project and you invest money early but have a significant bonus to add. I think the Bonus is what attract most investors in ICO.
crypto money is always a risk. ico this is the least risk. so choosing ico is the most logical method. ico just wants time and patience. people can win in this way.
I think we should also be able to choose the ico that we will follow if we want to get more profit but almost all ico give cheap price at their initial opening so it will be very interesting to follow it

in my opinion investing in ICO is more profitable than just buying tokens on exchanges. first of all, you get sale price, which always pleasant, and second of all, if you choose the right (and by right i mean profitable ico)you can make money sooner, so you can call it short term investments

If we talking about investment than all investments come up with the risk. In my opinion, risk means profit without risk we can't get anything. If we are looking for the long-term investment then ICO can be the best choice. But for ICO need really some good research and good knowledge related to the crypto world either there will be the chance of much more loss due to wrong decisions. Last year I had tried Omisego and Tron and got around 20x+ return in both. So, It purely depends on our investment plan and decision.

I always think that if ICO has good idea behind it and has potential to change the world for the better that these tokens are worth holding for big time.

Oh yes, it really is. You only need to choose a very promising project with a strong team and hope that the project will become really successful. This is really a good way to wealth.

The main purpose of investing is to expect something in return later on. People invested on ICO's because no doubt that it will really give an interesting return in the future. Any investments is risky that's why if you not understand how ICO projects goes well then better not to invest.
Will ICO's be here actively all the time ? Well as long as crypto world is showing good support from the community, there will be more ICO's around that will popped out every now and then.
I agree. I think it is due to the fact that even though there are so many shady ICOs popping out every now and then, I can say that there still a select few that has good potential in them. As investors, we should just be thorough, diligent and careful in choosing the ICOs we invest in in order to at least have a chance of gaining profit, which is, I think, the end goal of any investor. Some say that in investing ICOs which have new and good products or concepts are the way to go, since people tend to gravitate and support those projects with new concepts as supposed to others with already similar projects but are up to no good.
