Hopefully both fighters stay healthy.

With what Fury said as quoted in the OP, I like the chances of him winning the rematch. A more conditioned fighter is more dangerous.

Wilder is going to be the favorites here, same with the fight number 1, but after the fight number 1, I think a lot of people will bet on Fury in this match.
Those who are interested to see the highlights in first fight, I have it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvfquEqTXGU

As always, I will go with Tyson Fury, he moves better than Wilder and I think he will do better the 2nd time around.
The first fight was like a robbery as I was really expecting Fury won that fight but since we are not part of the official judge, let's just accept the result.

This rematch  will tell who really won the first fight and Fury will prove that to us.

if you have a poll on who will win between the 2, would be nice so we will know the votes from us here.

Good observation, Fury is a very technical fighter, but Wilder is a big puncher and can finish the fight with one punch, as we have seen in his last fight against Ortiz, Fury will try to dominate, but Wilder will try to find an opening it's a battle of who gets the best of the situation.

My pick would be for Tyson Fury to win this rematch. I've seen both fighters multiple times, and I think Wilder has a significant disadvantage in reach and weight. He cannot rush in and start throwing wide punches versus Fury.

When faced with equal but bigger opponents, a smaller boxer should use a better technique to offset the disadvantage. However, Wilder seems to depend only on his sheer power, and Fury will easily neutralize that.

"This time, I haven’t been out of the ring for three years. This time, I haven’t been abusing too much alcohol. And this time, I’m going to knock him the f*** out."
Tyson Fury said the exact same thing for their first fight. He said multiple times that he didn't intend to let the fight go to distance and promised to "knock this bum out."
Tyson Fury was making a come back after drug and alcohol abuse when they fought the first time and now he will be more focused and ready to fight Wilder but i am not expecting a knockout from Fury but it will go to the judges if both their chins hold up till the final round.

However, we then saw him fight extremely slow and technical in the fight, pretty much threw no knockout shots and clearly intended to win on points.
Wilder, on the other hand, clearly went in there looking to blow Fury out and almost did it twice.
Fury has been messing around in WWE, fighting nobodies and talking too much trash lately. He might not survive the next fight.
Fury is having too much fun right now and if he is not focusing on the fight entire that will be the end as Wilder can knock anyone out cold with one shot and Fury needs to be technical and avoiding his shots is the key to his victory.

Both of their last fights have an indication of things to come for their next fight, Wilder is very sharp and very strong and very serious on becoming the one best champion in the heavyweight division, his opponent in his last fight is not a very technical fight, I'm talking about Ortiz, I believe Wilder can knock Fury out if he sees the opening, that's what he needs I'm sure this is what he will be looking for.

Tyson Fury team is preparing for this fight for long time.
I have no doubt that we will see boxing war and justice will be served.
Fury will win and outbox Wilder with smart tactics, movement and he will get under Wilder skin before fight.
Mark my words.

Wilder defends his title beautiful while Fury won when he faces Braun Strowman at the WWE Crown Jewel debut, gosh! This going to be a hell of a fight since they are both in good shape at the moment and they will also want to prove themselves by setting the record straight in other to avoid another controversy.

C'mon you can't count that WWE fight on Fury. After their first fight, he fought Tom Schwarz and Otto Wallin so his part of the bargain is done. And then Wilder, Dominic Breazeale and Luis Ortiz. That Braun Strowman 'fight' was just a get busy fight for Tyson Fury and of course to take advantage of his time while waiting for Deontay Wilder.

I'll favoured Deontay Wilder here because of his one punch KO. Yes, Tyson Fury is gifted fighter, but we have seen that his chin can't hold up against Wilder's right hand. And Wilder is like getting into his prime right now and it's just a matter of time before he will catch Fury and knock him out cold for good.

I think the OP need to change the thread topic cause it somehow convincing at a point I thought they are fighting already.

This is a good fight, I knew that there is a rematch between Wilder and Fury and this is the most awaited event that probably everyone's waiting to happen and now Wilder officially announced to have a rematch against Fury. In my point of view, Fury here probably is in underdog and Wilder will have a lot of bettors. Nevertheless, yeah, it's an unpredictable match because both fighters are good skills and both young. But I still choose Wilder here and waiting to place my bet.

Wilder has recently won the match against Luis Ortiz so he will be more positive to give tough time to Fury. I know it is difficult to win against fury but i am hoping Deontay Wilder to give a good match to him. We still have to wait around 3 months for this interesting match.

First match ended draw but i think for this rematch i believe there will be a winner between both of fighter but i don't know it will be Wilder or Furry but Wilder latest fight very impressive because he was able to punch KO Ortiz and according to Ortiz predictions he says Wilder will be the winner of this fight
It would be fun if we find a draw in the rematch too, since this is a highly anticipated high stakes huge money fight and if the fight is close like the first one we can see another draw and they will look for a trilogy which will sell more Cheesy. Both fighters are talents and Wilder could knock anyone out with one punch and the fight is how long Fury can avoid his punches.

I think that Fury has to be the best version of himself just to compete with Wilder. He's great defender, he has quick feet and he dances all around the floor and feels the distance.

But is The Gypsy capable of beating Wilder? I wouldn't be so sure. Bronze Bomber is thinking now about the unification and I don't think that he would forget prepare for a big fight or not take it seriously. Rematch with Fury may be his second UD win in career.

70/30 for Deontay - that's how I see this fight chances from today's perspective.

Nice One! this is a great rematch I think I will not pass every single insight in this fight because this can be epic, Well Deontay Wilder can still be a formidable fighter than Tyson Fury, in my opinion, base on their stats because Wilder has much TKO than Fury but I can not be so sure about this because Deontay Wilder might be undefeated Tyson Fury is the only opponent that had given Wilder a record of draw and Wilder as well to Fury, but I have a large gut feeling that Wilder can have a large chance in winning this fight.

A Remaaaaaaaaaatchhhhhhhhh. Finally. I've been waiting for this rematch ever since they ended with that weird ass draw which was rather full of questions with the result. I also watched the match between Wilder and Ortiz and oh boy, imagining this rematch after that match got me so bloody hyped up for this. It is rather rare for the most part to see two fighters of almost equal caliber to duke it out, where both of them are rather strong to the point they could be called kings. Now, the fight between two kings is gonna get on once more, and ohhh is there a lot of hype ongoing with it right now.

and also this match is one of the best because they are really match in terms of everything specially both has 1 loss.
What loss are you talking about, in my eyes Tyson Fury was the better boxer in the first fight and Wilder as usual was having too much power in his hands and those knockdowns were great and Fury showed his metal as he woke from the dead before the ten count and then went for the kill again, one of the best fights of the century and i am expecting another great fight the second time around.

Maybe that's only a perspective from our friend mate, actually he just based his impressions with Tyson Fury on previous fights. Sometimes we fail to see some good points on other boxers, we always expecting great from them and yet if they happen to disappoints on their other fights, eventually that will discredit them. Fury did so well, but we can't convince other people if they won't bet for him. Furthermore I am also an avid fan of Fury, and I trusted him for his coming fights that he will win for it and take the legacy.
