Yes it is possible and if that happens, I will just deposit if they will act like other cryptowallets where the price is not fix and will change depending on the market. I think it is not easy for banks to do it.

I believe that yes one day most if not all banks will offer this service and this is because I believe one of them will offer the service. At first it may look gimmicky or as a novelty but after a while banks will realize we acquire more customers this way, why not do it? As long as it is profitable for them to do (with fractional reserve lending it always is) they will do it.

There's a chance. I thing, although, that every bank will create its own coin and make more profit on it, it's the only way I can imagine, alongside with huge taxes for withdrawing bitcoin in their "pure" form

For banks to start accepting bitcoin as deposits, i don't see that happening anytime soon. One thing i know is that banks rarely give credit it's customers. They always look for avenue to collect the little you have with their many charges. SO allowing bitcoin will just be to you to enrich yourself. Even if they will accept bitcoin services they must find away to make it work on their favors, maybe by taking certain percentages of you. am just saying, but they can't go where there is no profit for them.

Buy $BGL before it's too late!
Banks can't ignore cryptos for longer now, they need to adapt, accept major coins or create their own. In both scenarios, they must begin trading in cryptos too. If they choose to launch their own token, they need to give the chance to change existing cryptos into their, at least.
Why bank need to accept crypto? They just need to adapt crypto's technology not crypto itself. Back to bitcoin feature (decentralized) , it'll be disadvantage to bank because they can't control your balance so that's mean income from tax will be decreased.
They need to adopt the system in order to be able to compete, else, if bitcoin truly being adopted in most countries and businesses then banks can be eliminate as we seen how people embrace the chain after knowing the advantage, banks always gain with our own money, using it for their lending business and give us little profits while bitcoin can be a good assets that will bring bigger gains.

Banks will eventually do the same what Telecommunication companies are doing right now by providing internet services as there is no longer use of call and sms packages because of whatsapp and facebook. same will be the case with banks. if they are not gonna offer bitcoin deposits, they will ultimately do something to provide services related to bitcoins.

Right now BITCOIN is a type of threat for banks because of the reason that everyone knows cryptocurrency and specially BITCOIN has more benefits than paper money. So if banks are given the opportunity to control cryptocuurency their way , banks will surely accept the offer.

I beleive that in no so distant future banks will offer all kinds of services related to Bitcoin not only deposits.
Maybe now it looks like banks are against Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies but in fact I don't think this is the real situation, they are just waiting for the right moment to get officialy involved with Bitcoin and to offer Bitcoin services to their clients. And also they need regulation but once these conditions will be fulfilled banks will totaly change their attitude towards Bitcoin.

wow,  a great achievement if the bank is willing to accept deposits in the form of bitcoin. But if you look at the fluctuation price of bitcoin, I can not be sure who is more fortunate. I am sure that they would want to be part of its success at the same time, be able to make profits and business out of this hype on Bitcoin and crypto currencies.

why do people ask for inclusion in the bank as we deposit our money before bitcoin exists? And besides that there are some areas that have got atm for bitcoin. At the moment, my country has only one in the main city but in time it will be seen also other cities. And I am sure that banks realize that bitcoin was created to eliminate banks. In order for people to have full control over their own assets to carry wherever we want

It looks like banks will not offer bitcoin deposits. Bitcoin itself can not be controlled and the bank as a third party will be at a disadvantaged position if bitcoin later is a bubble.

I think it will. Nowadays, many banks has cooperated with some big crypto exchange firm to be in this business. I can point some examples out like Clearbank in London, England and Colombian Banks. You ca read it here:

When these banks invest in this industry, they meant that your idea about bitcoin deposits can be a trend in the future. But I still think it will be huge in Russia when this country pushes very strong about relationship between banks and crypto currency. https://btcmanager.com/large-russian-banks-are-testing-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency-investment-portfolios/

Banks in the near future, and most likely in the distant future, will not take bitcoin under deposit interest. For them it will be too risky, so they will not take such a risk. With such volatility, no normal bank will want to communicate on the issue of deposits with bitcoins. Services but exchange of the crypto currency will be provided, there is no risk, however, deposits will not be contacted.

How can they offer fixed returns on  bitcoins ? This can affect their business if bitcoins remains in loss in gap of one year.

For now, it is very difficult for banks around the world to recognize bitcoin as electronic money. So you want to send bitcoin to the bank is harder. But we still hope that a future not far from banks will recognize bitcoin as the common currency of the world.

i Think There is a Chance but the Government was very careful about this situation, More and more large bankers are starting to realize that Bitcoin is unstoppable and they would fare much better to hop on the train instead of getting ran over by it!
