I can't be sure Bitcoin can be replaced by another coin but in my opinion it will happen. Wink
Let us always consider the possibility that bitcoin can be replace with another crypto currency but we always have to be realistic.
If we believe this might happen int he future then maybe buy investing now on a coin that we think has a potential is a good idea, we might make a fortune if our prediction is right.

At least in the upcoming years, bitcoin will never replaced easily, It's a very powerful cryptocurrency and people use it too much compared to other crypto, So the chance that bitcoin will be replaced it's too low in the 15 or 20 years later. Nowdays bitcoin is shared too much and it will be more known in few months.

Hard to say. Bitcoin has the first mover advantage and is the most powerful cryptocurrency right now, but being the best temporaly does not mean being the best for ever. In the shadow of Bitcoin there are already some great crypocurrencys being developed and maybe one of them can overtake first place oneday if it has more to offer than Bitcoin. Just take a look at Deeponion for example: It uses the TOR network to make onion-layering encryptions around your transactions and can handle up to 62.5 tx/s (BTC: 3-4 tx/s). It also has some special features like Deepvault that makes it possible to save hashes of documents on the blockchain and to verify these hashes at a later time to ensure the documents can be fully trusted. I personally see a lot of potential in there

If you don’t do PGP, you don’t do crypto!
ETH will never overtake BTC, because the former is a scam controlled by shady characters. If another crypto is going to replace Bitcoin, then it is going to be Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

Hmmm.  Ironic.  Let me fix this for you:

Will bitkoyn replaced with time another crypto currency, will depend on him, or rather, on the team of his developers. Now in bitcoine, many drawbacks have accumulated, such as a slow transaction and decent commission fees. If such shortcomings in time will not be eliminated, bitkoyn risks losing his leadership positions. If it ceases to be competitive, it can even be replaced by another, more successful crypto currency.

No success in a short time
For now I think there is no coinactive coin that dominates to compete with bitcoin, bitcoin is currently still above the peak of all cripto money.
But is it possible someday ETH can compete with bitcoin. We'll see, we follow the development

Bitcoin is getting lots of media attentions lately. There are three forks from bitcoins recently: bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold and bitcoin diamond. Each fork improves some area of bitcoin. Hope bitcoin will keep improving as well so that it will remain as leader in this space.

We don't know what will happen in the future, but there is not a coin that is even close to replacing bitcoin at the moment, just a few months ago people were talking about a coup that was to become a moment when ETH surpasses BTC, and this didn't happen, and it seems that this will never happen. In addition, bitcoin is close to being recognized worldwide, what will further enhance its feature

ETH will never overtake BTC, because the former is a scam controlled by shady characters. If another crypto is going to replace Bitcoin, then it is going to be Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Right now, it is the #3 crypto in terms of market cap and number of users and soon it will be #2 as ETH is going down constantly. And then, it is just a matter of time before it gives tough competition to BTC.

We don't know what the future holds for bitcoin... maybe bitcoin will be replaced by other emerging cryptocurrencies or maybe not after all as we can see in the market that bitcoin still continue the rise of its market value today. It just shows that bitcoin will still remain there for a long period of time.

In the near future, there is a possibility that bitcoin dominance will face a serious challenge by another cryptocurrency or coin that contains features that will surpass bitcoin. Many coin developers continues to find ways on how to make a better coins. But nobody knows when will bitcoin replace by another supposed to be superior coin in the future.

Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?

I think bitcoin will not be replaced by another crypto. Indeed, besides bitcoin already exists other crypto. But until now even for the future bitcoin has not been replaced. It can be said that bitcoin makes sense to be replaced by another crypto, if other cryptoes are more popular than bitcoin.

Surely oneday in future bitcoin will be replaced by some altcoins, rightnow bitcoin is very popular due to its price but it has many disadvantages like sonetimes slow and delay in transactions, so it could be replaced by some better altcoins in the near future.

In my own opinion bitcoin will never be replaced by other cryptocurrencies who are also gaining its popularity right now, bitcoin started the rise of cryptocurrencies so I think it will stay there until the fall of all cryptocurrencies also. It is very hard to replace bitcoin because it has many users and investors and most of all it is the most trusted cryptocurrency nowadays.

Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency introduced to the world in the year 2008. Because of bitcoing popularity many cryptocurrencies get introduced. Today there are more than 1000 cryptocurrencies are in existence. But among them very few are popular. Litecoin, Ethereum, Zcash, Dash, Ripple, Monero are the prominent competitors of bitcoin. These currencies have potentials to replace bitcoin in future. Sudden change in mood of investors towards these currencies or ban by all countries on bitcoin for security reasons etc can shift flow of investment from bitcoin to these currencies.

If it will. So, What is another cryptocurrency?
I knew Bitcoin only  Huh
We don't know what currency will replace but I know there is a chance but that chance of making it happen is very small.
Keep your trust with bitcoin, we can still invest with altcoins because they will also rise but don't expect it will be in the number 1 spot.
