It will be declared legal and only a small percentage will not accept it or ban it. It applies in anything that you can't force everyone if they don't want to but that decision is the one that they are going to regret because we are now starting to rock every nation with bitcoin.

Bitcoin transaction is peer-to-peer transaction meaning between two parties you cannot called it illegal because bitcoin is just a valuable virtual currencies buying and selling it is considered as agreement between two persons so there's no law prohibited it.

yes of course   now user is not more for purchasing bitcoin and indian government says its your own risk to buy bitcoin but increased user automatically bitcoin will be declare as legal.

but still it's only a few countries that declare bitcoin as legal and the other is not yet declare anything but soon I think the other countries will declaring bitcoin as a legal thing too. it is just a matter of time before we can know that many countries declare bitcoin as legal and until that time comes, we can get more bitcoin so we can have much money from bitcoin.

Well most countries are just looking from the sidelines at this point not making any moves yet in support or against crypto. Many have issued warnings about bitcoin but keep they're doors open. Eventually i think btc will be legalized in majority. Probably even china will change their stance in a few years

In my opinion. someday the digital currency (bitcoin / altcoin) will be legalized by all countries. in my opinion, digital currency will greatly help the economy when the technology is modern and the level of financial transactions is increasing so require a digital currency that can support all these activities.

One should not turn a blind eye to technological progress. Bitcoin takes some control from the state, but gives its citizens great advantages, thereby the state becomes more competitive and ultimately strong. As a result, sooner or later, states will have to adapt Bitcoin.

some country has made bitcoin as legal but some other countries are waiting a time to give a declaration about bitcoin. I agree that we need to still give a support to bitcoin so bitcoin can be accepted in all countries and bitcoin can answer for our problem in the financial section. with the g20 yesterday, we can see that many countries agree with bitcoin and bitcoin is already become legal in their countries. soon, the other countries which are not accepted bitcoin will think about this and finally, they will accept bitcoin too.

See when compared to previous year we have seen some countries have already legalized the Bitcoin for payment. For other countries they have certain rules to follow and in order to reorganise them it will take lot of time. But surely many countries will start accepting bitcoin as legal one in their countries.

until whenever bitcoin will never be valid or accepted throughout the world, because not only the number is limited, the risk is also very large. those who trade or invest do so illegally.

There are no regulations governing bitcoins in India. It may be recalled that the Reserve Bank of India had in February this year advised that it has not given any licence/ authorisation to any entity/ company to operate such schemes or deal with bitcoins or any virtual currency

I think bitcoin already declare as legal, because the follow all compliance and requirements of the law; which gives them a juridical personality and authority to operate in the industry.

It should be to sustain future healthy for a long term. I wish my country steps forward to receive crypto. Recent news from India and Pakistan slightly disappoints though it does not affect crypto a lot. Increase in investors from India into crypto have caused RBI to bring decision against bitcoin and other crypto currencies. I am sure internal politics linked with a business personality's road map behind the business man brings his own crypto currency in Indian market.

Sinbad Mixer: Mix Your BTC Quickly
If the government is against the black money the easier solution is to regulate BTC, because if they ban it, people will continue using Bitcoins and government won't have control over it, regulating can make things easier to manage for the government, what doesn't mean it will be better for ordinary people using Bitcoin for honest purposes.

I think if bitcoin is managed by the government will certainly change all rules that have become bitcoin performance system, of course function of bitcoin freedom will be eroded by new regulations that may be applied by government
The main reason as to why Bitcoin was created was to fight against the corrupted governments and especially banks. But you know, there is always a time when we should sacrifice one thing to allow bitcoin to survive. I am for the regulations. But they should not impose such strict ones even for the taxes because people want to start something, not to give it to the governments. I hope they legalize it as soon as possible.

Every country have their own policy in order to maintain and stabilize economy fundamental.
Personally I support bitcoin because it's faster and cheaper compare fiat ( WU ) but my government look bitcoin as criminal currency so that's why they not legalize bitcoin.

Every decision your government make will affect on your economy fundamental , it's subjective judgement , IMO
