Never, it's a scamcoin launched by some greedy idiots. When pockets are filled and ripple has no use case for greedy devs to make money it will be abandoned and xrp shitcoin will be dead. Better sell it off before xrp dies. GET OUT!

I've seen a bug yesterday on coinmarketcap but it just happened within few minutes. Bitcoin was gone on the list and ethereum became the number 1 while XRP became number 2.
XRP is ranked as 3rd but it's highly unlikely to see it as number 1.
XRP is still among the top 5 altcoins in the coinmarketcap but I remember a few months back when the total circulation exceeded the marketcap of teh Etherum. I have seen the same complaints posted by the Reddit members and the bug is related to the fake volume coming from disparate sources. API trading volumes are not representing the truth and the coinmarketcap have no choice except accepting this data. The $3 price was the high price way back to the previous bull run but the situation changed against us nowadays, unfortunately. it is one of the good investment right now but the possibility of becoming the first position will not be available for people right now because there are lot of good investment available here.XRP ranks 3 in the cryptocurrency market with a circulation of around 43 billion XRP, it is not impossible if in the future when mass adoption occurs then XRP takes control, this is just my opinion. CMIIW
ripple potential is actually very large to be one of the best potential, but now if we look at ripple whether we will be optimistic that ripple will be the number one coin if the ripple price problem is still low, I think maybe there should be improvements and developments for ripple
First the need to learn how to scale, even Visa is faster, its a downgrade and there is the issue with the 2%+ percent inflation (value loss)

I think XRP has a bright future. I used to be skeptical, thinking that people would use Ripple solutions without using XRP, but since reading up on it I now understand that XRP will be used.
Not sure about #1 crypto, BTC has a huge lead and will likely keep that lead for a long time.
XRP can absolutely be a success though, perhaps moving to #2 in cap depending on ETH (on how long it takes for smart contract adoption to develop in the real world).

XRP hasn't been the no.1 crypto in 2018, it won't be in 2019 and it will never be. XRP is viewed as a half-breed by crypto enthusiasts. For a second confirmation you can have a look at XRP chart. Straight down like all the shitcoins in the market. Altcoins need to have serious working products that are used by a significant amount of people/enterprises if they want to even have a chance to overpass Bitcoin.
Nope, it's not possible to become number one cryptocurrency in the world. Whether lots of good cryptocurrency available like- bitcoin, litecoin, altcoin, ethereum and many more. But there is a change to gain a position in the count list. No I dont support this centrelised coin from begining i never hold even a single ripple till a date not even i traded this coin . This coin is biggest manipulator in the market with huge supply and Closed centralised network . never in my wildest dreams that i dream of ripple to be number one crypto, there are many crypto currency much more worthy than xrp lol
I also doubt that XRP will be the number 1 coin, but I do not rule out that XRP may come close to the first place, because the project continues to develop very quickly, integrate into the banking sector and much more.

almost all assets are now increasing, and that makes it even more confused if you want to start investing now. but the good news is that the market is green and that it grows in investment. at least the trade continues to increase. no, it will not be the number one cryptocurrency, but for me XRP is the number one of transferring funds because of low fee and fast transaction.
but for me in my opinion it could be a master but whether it is to be the number one cryptocurrency or compete with the number one bitcoin price in the world. if you think XRP is number one from fund transfers because of low costs and fast transactions. because it can become a big profit for that...??

I think there's a chance that XRP could become number one in market cap. It does seem to be one of the best routes for crypto to gain real-world adoption, although this would likely be banks first ahead of the general public. I know a lot of people don't like XRP, but Ripple do have a great coin here and are very professional in their approach. XRP could well become the standard for international banking - which is multi-trillion dollars.
