Just follow step by step procedures. It's relatively easy if you have correct seed and proper comprehension with the instruction. Common mistake is before you add custom token , you need to select proper wallet that also indicates how much token that wallet has.

You got seed for the first register in fly.wings.ai, so if you don't have the seed or backup the seed you just loss the WINGS, you can't do with thats, the key to get your WINGS is SEED

Nothing you can do but to forget all about wings and move on. Seeds are important . It is your only key to your account . Sorry nothing more to suggest.
