I think cryptocurrency sees no gender. As long as you are interested on cryptos you are welcome to this business. Those are just assumptios that there are more men than women.
I am a woman and I am into bitcoin, soooo much. I am not a person who knows a lot about IT but I think what important is you understand how things work to make your own strategies.

Every so often I run into an article that talks about how few women are involved in this industry compared to men. My suspicion is that there are more women involved than anyone realizes; they're just not putting their gender front and center.

What do you all think?

defenitely there's nothing arguments regarding wowen involving in the cryptocurrency, i think who to learn about crypto and have interest,
any kind of people know how the bitcoin as new currency are welcome.

I have to agree both. yes I am also a woman that loves cryptocurrency. I think there are lots of women here because moms who are only at home.taking care of their children has a great opportunity in bitcoin as they can be at home with their kids at th same time.earning extra income. but whoever we are women or men it doesn't matter as long as we are earning for our family. gender is not important in cryptocurrency business.

Women also have good analytical, computer skills and often more attentive than men. Only bound that I see is that women aren’t so risky like the guys so that’s why many of them don’t like business including cryptocurrencies.

Why is this even an issue or a thought?  This is the 21st century and let there be no doubt women drive western society. Every bitcoin you own will eventually end up in a woman's hand, stop the shameless gynocentrism.

There are not many women in tech industry in general. It is caused by many factors. More and more women start to become interested in technology. It is still very common to see men mocking women who are on engineering studies. I have no idea why would anyone think that women are less intelligent than men. Cryptocurrencies are still a fresh topic so no wonder why there are not many women. Even on Bitcointalk most users are men.

I think when bitcoin has started majority of the community member are men it is because crypto currencies before are more involved in activities more suitable for men but now as the market of crypto evolved womens got interested and started to join some of the activities with regards to earning bitcoin and I'm sure by this almost half of the population are women

Usually in a new industry, men occupy the majority. This may be the more aggressive behavior of men. Women spend more time in their lives and their own families. In addition, in the encrypted currency circle, the IT industry is most closely related to it, while men in the IT industry have a very high proportion.

There is no way to measure gender involvement in the cryptocurrency world, except through assumption,I feel women involvement in tge IT space is low that migth be the reason for the assumption.

Bingo, plus men are usually bigger risk takers than women and as much as a lot of us feel bitcoin is a safe investment it most certainly is not. Women are on average more risk averse than men.

Women have a very great role in economy of any country and I’m sure that there are a lot of women’s who are using bitcoins on daily base and in my country there are a lot of house wife’s are using bitcoin too so it’s also a very big achievement for bitcoin that it want to attract any one toward itself and those who join bitcoin then it’s very hard to left bitcoin because bitcoin is full of advantages and with a passage of time more women’s will join bitcoin.

Some people creating thread to advertise their article and get the views from forum members. Most of the newbies do this but now it is been higher rank member. There are various people involved in crypto currency and it is equally with both the gender not seeing like men or women.
I found most of the ICO project contains with the women staff too for support executive or investors. I do not think as you said here people seeing gender basis to make money.

I have to agree with you on that. In a Testosterone fuelled world, the men likes to fight for dominance and to be the pack leader. They tend to brag and force opinion on matters in public and the women just stand back and leave them to fight their battles.

I have seen some strong women in our local Bitcoin meetups, but men just dominate the scene with their aggressive ways. This type of behaviour chase women away from these interactions and we are left with a Testosterone filled room in the end.

You would be amazed to know how many women are loaded with bitcoins, but just do not brag about it like men do. ^smile^

I have to agree with this. I think its that testosterone fuelled world that is not making many women to comeout about their involvement in bitcoin but theres certainly more women in the space than many believe.

Women in the cryptocurrency industry is quiet comfort quantity available you no need to assume this it is the fact we have to accept. Why in this forum they not mention the gender unnecessary issues will be raised by some one it will harass them and it will waste your time in responding to them. There is no in big quantity due to the work pressure and the family pressure they might not get time to post in bitcoin forum. It is very difficult task for them but women has the potential to handle all alone that also we have to agree.

Well, if you wanna be a White Knight you can say that there are a lot of women involved with cryptocurrency...or that there is no way to know how many women are there because o anonimity.
There is nothing new that when it comes to any domain that is as technical as crypto..that men form the overwhelming majority.
Just take a look at teams of ICO's...most of the projects are 100% men, and rarely you can see women in them....and when you do see a women is often in charge with social media crap...
I must know...i translated 100+ projects and there is no doubt in what i am saying.

Even the public figures of the domain are men...from owners of asic manufacture, owners of mining farms (even home miners), spokepersons, forums, youtube channels.... you dont have to be a genius to see what is right in front of you.

One thing is sure tho, there will come a time in the future where people will say that men and women contributed equally to the development of crypto world...and of course sissy bitches men will just nod their head and agree, and that will become the norm.

women are also now involving in crypto world. it seems good.  but only few are seen in this industry. maximum women are busy with household work. but now  they are changing and coining online  work compet with man.
We cannot determined the volume of women in this cryptocurrency industry. Yes there are only few be seen because of the anonymous we couldnt count. However, most of women are into use of online because of wanted to earn money.

I think its hard to assume that there are more men in the cryptocurrency industry than woman. Because of the anonymity in the forum, everyone here is referred to as a HE. not unless someone takes a real survey here to determine the rate. but come to think of it. I think that there are hundreds or thousands of farm accounts in this forum that is why it will still be not accurate. I am a women, and I am referred to as a dude here which is sometimes funny i guess.
Also, i think women are more enthusiastic when it come to learning stuffs like this. It's just my opinion though.

I am sure that there are many women join into crypto currency but they don't want to show to the public. but like others said, in the ico project, there are women join and they show their capability for the project and I think the other is fine with them. besides that, usually, women can handle for communication with the investor or new people which want to join with their project.
