I won't borrow in crypto if I have no reason to. But on the other hand if I'm in need of it to maybe buy a particular coin which could possibly be profitable in near future then I would borrow in crypto.

I think a system of loaning is being created in crypto.
Although I'm not Interested in borrowing coin. I know with time, the borrowing will be well considered when cryptocurrency is more accepted and is more grounded like a bank. Borrowing will require good wisdom since we cannot predict bitcoin volatility.
you are right that we will only need to take a cryptocurrency loan when crypto no longer very volatile. this is a very dangerous maneuver right now
but not the fast crypto movement is often sought after by traders. where they usually like crypto assets with the fast movements that occur on the market. and I think short-term investors also often take advantage of such situations on several assets.

I'm not sure if it is a good idea to borrow in cryptocurrency, at least not now Smiley
I only advise this for those who are really desperate about also being a community of a crypto or those who are in need and the need will require them sell their crypto, those ones can still give their crypto as collateral with the hope of paying back before the contract expiration and since the market is too volatile, no one knows the direction of the price.

If the loan was not tied to duration which I also know that it is impossible, it would have been the best, all loan takers just have to be very sure that they are taking this loans when the market is bear, so they can use the profit they have on bull market to pay off provided the bull comes before their contract expires.

my advice is don't borrow crypto because the market has high volatility. so if you receive 1 BTC at a price of $ 5000 and then 1 month will come the price goes up to $ 10k you will experience a big loss

Then it depends on how the market is going to do so, but if you can trade what you've borrowed and make a profit on it, even the bitcoin's market price goes doubled, the currency that you have is still bitcoin then, still you can pay enough what you've borrowed. Just simple as that. But do consider that after you borrowed and made a profit, do not borrow again, just develop the currency that you have.

I don't think borrow from the banks or other people will be a good idea to buy cryptocurrency because we don't know what exactly will happen in the market. Besides that, we need to think about how long we should pay the money to the banks. The market still cannot predict and if you cannot make a profit and get lost, then how you can pay your loan. That is too risky, but if you think that you can handle that thing, then you can try to borrow and hope that after you buy any coin, the price can increase so you can make a profit.

Why do you talk about borrowing money from banks to invest in crypto? That would be high risk and THIS TOPIC IS NOT ABOUT FROM BORROWING TO INVEST!
This topic is about borrowing in stable price cryptos.

What if the price of the crypto which you borrow is stable and you can spend the borrowed amount to common goods and services?

For borrowing, I think in crypto there is no need to borrow because the risk will be more and will be detrimental. Borrowing can not provide a good solution for us, a little work will be better than borrowing. Help him and get commission in crypto form, it's one of the best ways.
I think what you say is very true because I see the unstable condition of the cryptocurrency price will make your money not guaranteed, so I think you should be able to use your own money and not use the money from the loan.

I wouldn't borrow in cryptocurrency, it wouldn't be profitable in the present situation. If i am in need then i would rather borrow money and buy cryptocurrency with it.

I haven't yet, but I come across some such services which lets you borrow cryptocurrency, and usually volatility doesn't matter as in most cases value doesn't count in usd terms. Like say, some service will give you 0.15 btc loan and you have to repay 0.16 btc (loan amount + interest).

I am interested in opinions about borrowing in cryptocurrency.
If a cryptocurrency will have low price volatility, then would you borrow in that token?

If not please tell why?

Borrowing in cryptocurrency is a very risky deal why i say so is because of the volatility however some people might say that because of the volatility that makes borrowing in cryptocurrency viable that borrowing from banks or money lenders but i will choose not to do so.

I have never borrowed money in the form of cryptocurrency because I was not interested in doing it, crypto is difficult to guess, maybe there is a complicated rule if you want to borrow money in crypto, I think it's better to borrow money through a bank

If i know the guy who i am borrowing to then yes i would borrow some.

If you mean for yourself then you should consider what options you have and if you can pay your debts.

I have never borrowed anything in coin cryptocurreycy or tokens, to be honest I would not borrow anything at a low cost.

Never experienced that. Especially when the cost is still too low. But if ever it would be an Ethereum coin, i can still consider it. In a high value, of course. I just wonder, why do you have to borrow crypto tokens instead of fiat money? Is it for the trading purposes?

I myself am not interested in borrowing funds in the form of cryptocurrency, in my opinion it is better to borrow money through the bank the procedure is easier and more secure, if through crypto the rules may be more complicated than the bank and in my opinion it will be more risky because of its fluctuating nature, but this goes back to each person who wants to choose which one

Crypto borrowing is very risky because it has high fluctuations. So, I don't recommend that. If you really need capital and you have no choice but to find a loan, it's better to borrow it in fiat, it's safer in my opinion.

Yeah, it so true better to borrow in a fiat than to cryptocurrency. We cannot gaurantee that crypto will gaining much because of the movement in market which is hardly to defined. And as far as concerned i have a friend who borrow the same thing but its not true.
