I usually get 1kh with 3 270s. Every now and then I have to restart the miner or whatever and it gets stuck at 900h.

Tried restarting, changed pool.. Nothing. Any tips?

Or temporary issues. If its a well known pool, they will pretty sure pay you later then. No loss.
